Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

She had the major dark circles under her eyes at the boxing match also but was clearly thinner at the boxing match then in the Xmas video.

Oh - she did have those dark circles at the boxing match? I knew we've seen pictures of her with them before - and to me it made her just look like she had not slept in weeks and/or that she cried all the time. I know it was her grief - but it was also probably the drugs she was on...but also the fact that everyone around her said she just could not get over Daniel's death. I totally believe that. That pain just would not go away. Maybe Stern just decided he couldn't deal with such a heavily grieving Anna Nicole any more - who obviously didn't really want HIM - but wanted Daniel back more than anything.

All good theories. I subscribe to that last one. Howie mighta been pressuring her so hard on it and/threatening her about it. Possibly even beating her. That almost looks like it could be a black eye. Just another guess. I think it had more to do with not wanting Anna to testify at the Daniel Smith inquest that was upcoming. Because she was the only person who knew the truth of what happened then.

Why did Anna make the I hate mom video at that time? And, remember, Howard is in that video (10 inches away, shoulder to shoulder with Anna) and accidently got into a couple frames by leaning over to Anna and whispering "say it's on her (Virgie's) answering machine". I hope Virgie aved the tape. He did it twice. If it matches the video TOO GOOD, then Anna was reading it.

Why did the Gibson "blackmail" video come out at just the right time? Was it a warning to Brigitte and King Gibson to shut up. Have we heard ANYTHING from King Gibson?

Remember in the Larry King video HKS said that he went out to get food and that "they have fast food places but not many of them are open at that time, so it was more like a 7-11 place". IOW, it wasn't a 7-11 per se, but one of those types of places. I feel like thats TMI. Can't put my finger on it but why would he go into that much explanation about other places not being open? Does he know the owner of the place he went for Daniels food? And when he left did he dissolve all the tablets/pills into the drink in the parking lot of the place where there may or may not have been any cameras? Were the windows tinted on the car he was driving?

One interesting thing from it. She take out a cute little pink onesie and HKS (who is behind the camera again) says...."ooooh she can wear that on the boat today."

That is interesting. I can't remember what Anna's reaction was when he told her what do dress her daughter in but if someone remembers pray tell. I think she looked at him, almost glared at him. Do you think any money was transferred on the boat that day?

She called herself a "dork" after saying to the baby - here's a picture and then corrected herself to say - here's a present ....(not a picture). Called herself a "dork".....I bet Stern found a way to call her such names as he did in the clown video - you are on a mushroom trip....you are out of your mind.....you are a dork......

HKS is the dork and he knows it. He's some kinda psycho or sociopath. I agree he was putting her down a lot in private and sometimes slipped on camera.

In that early 2006 pic she looks clean and sober (relatively speaking). How does an addict do that? Did HKS cut back her dosage for the trial? How would an addict handle that? After the trial did HKS start giving her more drugs than she actually wanted as an addict? Slowly upping her doses without her knowledge until she got to the point where she wanted it that way. I doubt she even wanted the drugs after being clean and knowing she was pregnant. But then, HKS didn't want her pregnancy did he?

So, the new batch of Methadone arrived ten days before Daniel Died. Remember, Anna said her due date was in two weeks....about the same time as the Methadone order. Was there a phone call or email between Kapoor and Howard for the Methadone? There must have been some kind of correspondence PRIOR to the order. Hey, she was off the stuff...why the order at all???

How did they know that the baby sleeps all that time and has low body weight for her age?

I did see the Christmas video on Greta's program. I thought Dannielynn was just as cute as she could be. And she looked about 3-4 months old to me - at that really cute age. She didn't look under normal weight to me in that video for her age - but she certainly was not a fat baby.

But I have no doubt that baby needs a mother's love.....desperately. And she needs to be out from under any control by the evil Stern and his minions who obviously have no problem using drugs (prescription only of course) to control those around him.

On the show i was watching, was it ET or the one after, they made it sound like the body weight was fine. They said, we can report to you that Dannielynn weighs between 10 and 12 lbs and is doing great. Or something like that.
