Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I think what O'Quinn said was that the premiums were all paid up not that the claims were paid out.

I can see ANS wanting to have a C-section early as I have heard of cases where stars have an early C-section to help with stretch marks and weight gain.

I don't think he was wrong. It was a matter of interpretation. It was undisputed that she wanted to buried next to her son.
The waters were muddy because of him being buried in the Bahamas even though it will be determined that ANS is not and never was a legal resident and the fact that the family is interested in exhuming Daniel to Texas. It seems the judges only deal with the here and now facts.
Hey - I heard you! Wow! Wonder why NG and company have not yet reported it? All NG had on was talking about the funeral arrangements - John OQuinn was on there talking about the funeral costing $500,000 - and how it was a disgrace.
That really will shake up some shiite tomorrow.

Wow, I wish that they would have started that before Judge Seidlin ruled. I think it would have made a HUGE difference.
