Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I didn't notice until last night that his eyes weren't brown--I had sssumed they were. I thought I saw both eyes were blue, but I didn't look too intently at that creepy face.
That's what hit me today-----Stern wins if LB's DNA does not match the baby's.
See and I am so skeptical - are these DNA labs "up for sale"???? If somebody promised the lab guy $1Million would the lab guy report the truth? Even if it is a DNA match....if they were offered a huge sum....would they tell the truth???
So very skeptical here. I have a sinking feeling this is also like the many Clinton crimes that went unpunished....due to controlled "investigations"....I hope I am wrong.

I would be greatly surprised if Wecht was helping Perper (or vice versa). Here is the chronology of their professional relationship:
Wecht meets Perper at a Medical Examiner's convention/meeting. Wecht is impressed by Perper's pathology knowledge and offers him a job (Wecht is the elelcted Coroner of Allegheny County--Pittsburgh--PA). Perper comes to the Burgh. Wecht, with his national reputation, attracts forensic work from outside the area served by the Allegheny County morgue, but he uses the labs/facilities and pays (or it was alleged doesn't pay--deposit questions, etc). Perper is called as a 'witness' (by Wecht's atty.). Perper's testimony hurts Wecht badly. Wecht (who is a bigtime local Dem) loses his re-election to the coroner's office. Perper (who ran against his old boss) wins. Perper, doesn't win friends and influence people loses out in the next election; and Cyril is re-elected. Add to the mix that Wecht was also a County Commisioner (briefly) and his son became a judge, and well, the waters 'muddy.' It has been reported locally (since Dr. P. has gained national spotlight) that Wecht and Perper have not spoken since Perper's testimony.
Whew...I have to come up an abridged version of that :)

He didn't sign it. He is listed as the informant, and as nominated executor.

That damn Ron Rale was saying last night on LKL that the baby was not born early so Birkhead could not be the Dad of the baby.
I wish I could download the video - can someo who is not on dial up watch it to see if the doctor does say something about her waiting "8" months to see her baby?
DNA switch, payoff DNA lab, dna results envelopes switched, etc are often used on soap operas...so ...very fitting for the saga of ANS.
Look at 19,166, and those posts - 19,151-19,200, and I think there are more on the group before that.
Of course we will be here - Anna would have wanted us here.
And tomorrow night will be anti-climatic while we clean pink silly string off our monitors.
I missed him saying anything about insurance policies during the hearing.
Which is why sitting here breathlessly waiting for the autopsy report and/or the DNA test to be ordered and taken and reported....well....don't know how to say it but not expecting the truth to come out. If it does - boy will I eat crow - gladly!!!

RALE: Well, he really thinks that he is. And, you know, if you really look at the time line, Larry Birkhead's allegations that he's the natural father has to be that the baby is premature, because he's declared, under penalty of perjury, that he only was with Anna after January 1st, I believe. And based on his time line, the baby would have had to be premature. And the baby was not premature.
But, again, you know, we don't know. Eventually the DNA will show who the father is. But Howard has, you know, really good odds of being the father.
