Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I don't know why but this has been a very down day for me - am fearing more and more that justice will not be done.

All the info about the possibility that the baby is actually not Larry's (but is not Howard's for sure).....doesn't this mean that LB needs the DNA from Howard as well as from the baby? In the event that his DNA does not match the baby's, doesn't he need Howard's to prove his doean't match the baby's either? Otherwise, if LB's DNA does not match the baby, Howard wins custody of the baby by default, doesn't he? As the pseudo "husband" of AN?

And I just don't know how long Virgie is going to fight to get the truth out....

And I am not confident in the "investigations" going on either the autopsy or the death investigations.

Basically became convinced today that HKS is going to get away with the deaths and with the custody of the baby.....

It keeps reminding me of the OJ situation....celebrity entourage around ANS / HKS has huge effect on those involved in all this. And so far the attorneys for ANS have not inspired confidence at all. Nor have the judges seen so far.

And then these tornadoes killing these children in Alabama....wind is blowing here too. (Howlin - are you going to be awake all night listening to the weather?)

Stern is listed only as her partner, not lover of husband.In the document, Howard K. Stern, Anna’s lawyer and partner, was named “informer of death” and was listed as the official executor in the certificate. 

It is interesting that he did not declare himself as Anna’s husband, boyfriend or lover. Broward County Office of Vital Statistics confirmed that they did not want to give him any of the said titles without his personal request.

The education data also confirm Anna’s low degree of education.

Anna, 39, was found dead on February 8 in her hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood.

So, is it okay for Howard to sell photos to fight for the body of ANS so that she can be buried in the Bahamas and sell photos and interviews so that he can fight to keep Virgie away from the baby as that is what ANS wanted? Shouldn't he be allowed to do the same thing without criticism if Larry is doing it?

I can answer one question...

Stern never has to submit his DNA to prove he is the father of the baby. If Birkhead is not, then the next in line can try, That may be B Thompson, then Alex Denk, if it is not Denk then maybe then Zsa Zsa husband. Until a Dady comes forth who matches up to the baby then Stern is the baby's presumed daddy. - (take a number please)

ET will probably pay for the funeral with Exclusive rights to photograph her in her coffin..since they have now announced the casket will be closesd for viewing.

I have said all along that LB might not be the father and it might be someone who didn't want to come forward for whatever reason. The baby does look like G. Ben to me.

So under Bahama law, Howard likely would have been able to keep the baby if no one came forward that matched the DNA of the baby...except for the problem of the birth certificate with signatures, etc.

Now, just one more problem that court's have to figure out.
