Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
None of us know this woman personally. So it's all about our individual perceptions.
Anna had already told ET that Dannielynn's first word was "Mama." I saw that myself.
Will they have any say in it? Isn't the GAL in charge on behalf of DL? Maybe he figures he can make her some cool cash off it.
I just heard Susan Folin (sp?) on MSNBC said that yes it can be appealed to the Florida Court of AppealsFlorida Supreme Court.

Earlier, I posted what I think the funeral will look like. In the end, I imagine Goat is the one actually planning it. He and the GAL seem to have bonded, nicely. And the GAL fits in so well with Goats friends. P&P can hardly contain their glee, I bet!
How do we know that? Because another w/ motive has said so?
Let's say for the sake of argument that you are correct. That HKS did drug ANS while pregnant. And in the presence of Larry Birkhead. Why did Larry not run for assistance? After all, she was in a hospital and the drugs were being admin via her IV, correct? Why not bitch and moan to the press? Where was his concern for the baby then?
None of these characters are worth $hit.

Thats rich. This is a dream scenario for this woman. Her *15 mins of fame* so to speak.
She was not a good mom. And even now, one of her children are homeless.

When I read that DL was sleeping, that's the 1st thing I thought about.
I'm way past caring where ANS gets planted.....but, I do worry so much about Dannilynn. Prayers for her that she has a guardian angel.
Aand is a big annoyance and will make you tear. But remember, Howard is a "real man". Iy'll be: "This is the saddest day of my life"....blah, blah, blah. "I'm grateful to her that she left me this precious child to care for". RIP Anna
I'd trust Larry's word over HKS's any day of the week.
And didn't even one of the HKS crew admit he gave her drugs? I can't remember which one.
And then there is the clown video. Let's say for the sake of argument that HKS didn't give her drugs, and that is a biiiiiiggg stretch, he knew she was drugged and even laughed and joked about it.
As for why Birkhead didn't say anything to the press or authorities, I can only "assume" that he feared he'd be cut off from Anna and the baby entirely AND that he thought he was going to be able to wean her off the drugs. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt to Birkhead, but wouldn't do the same for HKS.
I am taking bets...
