Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Barf ran the show in that soap-opera courtroom last week. Last night when Barf was on Greta, I told my husband that Barf's a horrible person. He had no idea what I was talking about since he's been at work and hasn't followed the case. :-)

They decided to do a C-section on me when I was in labor and my baby was in wrong position for delivery. The only problem I had when I got home from the hospital was a UTI, which is common after abdominal surgery. I felt like I had the flu...elevated temp, general malaise, etc. I called the doctor, and he ordered a urinalysis. The diagnosis was made, antibiotics were ordered, and I recovered immediately.
Morning back atcha.
I got up early to travel over the cascades to Portland (4hr drive on way) for a Memorial service of a much loved friend/Pastor who died suddenly (Heart Attack) while shoveling snow up in Canada on the Ash Wends of all things.
Then tuned into the weather and a massive snow storm is due to hit even here on the coast all the way from BC down to Cali and east to Idaho.
Cant stay over night in a hotel due to sons fragile medical needs as a quad. Plus he is to big to transfer without a barrior free lift.
Just not doable.
Hope others making the trip do ok.
I sure don't want what took our buddy home to the Lord to take anyone else the same way.
So wide awake as we went to bed last night at sunset to be up by 2am.
I bet the reason LB is adament about being the father is he obvious was sexual active w/ANS at the time and she probably admitted it to him and he insisted she allow him back then to be apart of the babys' life.
So HKS her clean up boy came up with the no can touch zone of moving to the Bahamas and it is just a quick plane ride back to the states for her work.
I remember Howard Stern ducking the answer to the ? the attn. for LB was saying repetively "Our you the biological father?"
His only reply other than laughing with his head held down was I am on the Birth Certificate.
That tells me right there he did not want to perjure himself yet did not say Yes he was the sperm donor.

Should have used more accurate language;(
Seidlin permitted/allowed Barth more leeway, more time, more objections and more testimony.
Those were my observations - but I did not watch gavel-to-gavel.

You said it! That's why I'm so confused as to how Larry chose her. How could someone who seems so down to earth be with her, thinking they could have a normal life together. She and her friends were like a circus.
Watching Moe is sorta like watching Jakki, CGM's cousin, isn't it? I watched him yesterday in disbelief.
Final ruling on custody of Anna Nicole Smith's body expected today
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. A Florida appeals court is expected to decide today who gets custody of Anna Nicole Smith's body.
A panel of judges has asked lawyers to present oral arguments before it hands down a decision. Attorneys submitted written briefs yesterday in response to a petition filed by Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur.
Arthur appealed a lower court ruling to put Smith's body in the custody of the guardian of her infant daughter. And that attorney planned to have former model buried next to her son in the Bahamas. Arthur wants her daughter buried in her native Texas.
Arthur, meantime, has had her first visit with her granddaughter in the Bahamas. Arthur was seen crying and hugging a woman in the back seat of a sport utility vehicle as they left the home where Smith had lived with her partner, Howard K. Stern.

If I go to bed late, I wake up late. I set my alarm for 9 am, and I was up at 5! I'm anxious!
Due to the emergency I had an infection in the gut and never went home I followed my son when I was discharged to Children's Hosp.

My son gives up tv for Lent (40) dayz every year so I am tv-less.
Oh right. They don't want to call it a criminal investigation yet but it might turn out that way later. Thank you. I was so stressed about this guy getting away with double murder. Oops. did i say that? alleged double murder.
