Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Lupus was the 'big' announcement? (We thought epilepsy or possibly an STD). I could see it...thought a link has never been established, it has been alleged that silicon implants trigger (in some) trigger an autoimmunue response. It would also explain ANS's need for pain meds (joint swelling). I am suprised, if she did suffer from it, that she tanned as much as she did...(though her skin may not have been affected...but usually it is to some degree.)

You're right. If she was being treated for Lupus, I'm also surprised she'd spend so much time in the sun.

If you follow this link you will see another interview with one of the players who was a witness in the hotel at the Hard Rock. Moe's wife, Taz...according to this account was the one who found her. This is an ET story. Correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think Taz did an interview with anyone other than ET.

Some more questions. If Taz was not there as a "nurse" but as a "friend", as Moe says, why does ET describe her first as a "nurse"? And why does ET call Moe the "bodyguard".

I mean, NOBODY knew Anna and these people better than Mark Steines and "Entertainment Tonight"....right?

And why was Moe captioned "Big Moe" on Greta's show, instead of using his last name, like most people would?

Seidlin should be overturned. As Liz noted, HK$ had no standing in that hearing and the smudge let Barf control the content of the proceedings.

The whole hearing was farce and if Seidlin's ruling stands - it should be a warning to all US citizens in frail health NOT TO TRAVEL TO FOREIGN SOIL or you may get buried where you drop. Like poor Daniel Smith.
