Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I would think that Anna wanted to be buried in California first, Bahamas second, because of Daniel. Never in TX.
Anna did nothing for her Mom despite the fact that she watched Daniel for 6 years....from the time he was 3 months old.
How the hell selfish can you get. She could have at least paid off the mortgage on her mom's house. The problems that they had were related to Anna's problems. Anna never grew up.
I can't imagine what Virgie feels losing her grandson and then her daughter. Pray for her. Wish her well. Pray for the baby.
Sources tell me that following Judge Larry Seidlin’s atrocious performance on the bench Friday, Rale and Stern strong-armed Birkhead into a secret meeting that excluded Debra Opri, Birkhead’s attorney. Opri was said to horrified when she learned that Birkhead allowed Stern and Rale to “rale-road” her client into such a meeting.
What’s clear, though, is that Stern and Rale are working full time to split Birkhead and Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur. So far, the pair have aligned themselves with one another. Arthur is fighting to have her daughter buried in Texas, while Seidlin has ordered Smith’s body turned over to the baby’s court-appointed attorney guardian. The guardian agrees with Stern that Smith should be buried in the Bahamas, next to her recently deceased son, Daniel.
In addition to all the things you've said, he also has had his eye on that Marshall money since the day he met ANS. He thinks it belongs to HIM.
I'm absolutely livid that instead of replaying some of the HKS testimony, all the media has played were montages from the judge.
Most people have never seen how truly evil he is, and the media is protecting him.

There is a reason ANS blew off her mom for 12 years. It had nothing to do w/ her lawyer. Ignorance and money are a lethal combination. She surrounded herself w/ those she wanted around her. Believe that.
We have seen Virgie stammering ad nauseum but we have never seen Howard and his amazing My cup is Empty performance. The image of him nervously picking up an empty cup REPEATEDLY and the viewers hearing that empty thud should be played over and over.

I think the pitcher was right there but he was incapable of holding it steady enough to make himself look "superior" to the emotional people in the court.
Anna wanted to be worshipped by everyone in her life. I can't imagine bullying people into getting tattoes of me on there body. How narcissitic!! Having Larry say to her Good Night Sweet Anna every night and making the Prince call her Princess and trying to hit him up to adopt her. I don't know what happened with the allegations of rape but I'm sure part of her issues with Virgie was drugs and being reminded from where she came from. (no offense to Texans. Just saying not coming from money and being a user to get it)
IMHO, I don't think that any of us know what ANS felt in the depths of her heart, nor her wishes.
It sounds to me that even ANS was at a point that she did not know her own wishes due to that scum sucking drug providing leech that unfortunately got attached to.
I don't think anyone here can honestly say what ANS felt.
She could have longed to be with her family but too messed up, drugged up, ashamed, confused, suffering from low self esteem to pull herself out of the nightmare that she with the help of that scum sucking drug providing leech made for herself.
