Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Remind me to tell you sometime about how my mother recovered from Chronic Serum Hepatitis when the doctors gave up and said she was going to die.... it's too offtopic to go into now, but it is interesting.

John O'Quinn just admitted Virgie wants the baby to raise. Sorry.. this is where I part with Virgie once and for all... the father needs to raise that baby.
John O'Quinn is on Ctv and just said that the GAL owns his own PR firm and is a buddy of the Judge.
I can't believe he doesn't want the biological father to raise the baby.... you realize this would mean the money would go to Virgie and by default John O'Quinn would make a huge amount of money for his contingency.

I just heard that. He said that Bahamian law is pro-female and he said that they will give the baby to the grandmother, not the man, Larry Birkhead, who was never married to the mother of the child. Oh dear.
I don't think she was QUITE dead before Howard left. Would sure like to see his phone calls for the morning AND the day before. This is tooo much like Daniel. Two people just lie down and die?? Whatever Howard gave or did to her and Daniel, he knows the time from "distribution to death". That brings me back to his f**, drug pushing doctor.

No, he was clear. She wants the baby to raise in Texas. Says the father was not married to ANS so the Grandmother is the person who intends to raise her.
I really think there was a lot more time & activity that has yet to be uncovered.
If Stern was signing papers for the boat, he would have wanted ANS there in front of witnesses. I think he left her at the hotel, in a stupor or in rigor.

I'll be blunt, that pi$$es me off. Virgie is the grandmother, that child has a father and he has a nice family as near as we can all tell. She should be able to visit her grandchild, but not raise her over her bioligical father...
