Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
"Stern is willing to concede that Dannielynn is Larry's child, if he (HKS) can have some of Anna Nicole's property."

Time to put a wire on Larry and leave him alone with Stern.
That would be an interesting meeting.
huh? This doesn't match what Slow Mo or Bridget or nurse has been saying.....does it? She was alone and they came back and found her? So many different stories....
I think Goat was there when she died and he had to get the hey out of there. The only other person there was MO. He got his wife to stay with Anna, knowing what would happen. I think the suprise was Bridget(?) showing up....since she's the one who actually found Anna....after she'd been there for a while. Nurse wife wasn't supposed to check on Anna. Anna was supposedly sleeping.
Basically dead..the heart has electrical activity but no blood action with it.
POST OF THE DAY!
That GAL bothers me. A lot.
Glad that you have all been so persistent with the details of what has all the earmarks of a DEATH WATCH.
It's almost as if this group of groupies were hanging around prepared for ANS to die....doing the minimal life sustaining measures.
I don't understand why they go to the trouble of planning a burial while it is still under appeal. Do they know how the court will rule?
I really think ANS died before Goat scurried out of there that morning. And Mo knew it. Maybe his wife did too.
Pond scum, all of them!
Way behind today... I really wonder about the argument as well... would love to know if it was over her wanting to keep the baby from Birkhead?
Thank you! That's what I didn't know.
Sure seems that way. GAL should keep his pursed lips shut til the final decision.
Until last Friday she was sounding more like ET than Greta in her approach to this case. She started changing her attitude Friday.
They are replaying Feiger's comments on John O'Quinn on CTV right now..
I hadn't recalled Brigitte saying she had waited an hour and a half before she went on in and checked on ANS. I remember just noticing her interview on GMA or Today Show one morning when I had the sound muted and it was half done when I turned the sound up.
OK, that at least jibes a little bit with Tas saying it was possible that ANS had been dead for 2 hours or more, because no one had seen her in that period of time - and that's also how long HKS said he was gone.
BUT, there is another huge discrepancy. If Brigitte was waiting outside, like in the sitting area of the suite, for 90 minutes or so, where was Tas?
Well, she *said* she was just sitting on the far side of the same king-sized bed that ANS was "sleeping" in. She was watching TV or reading, I've forgotten which thing she said, but she was keeping occupied at any rate, while ANS "slept" with her back to Tas.
Then, she decided to wake her up and started there with her re-telling of the "final minutes." She never mentioned Brigitte being in the room. And when Brigitte tells it, she says that *she* was the one who found ANS in that condition and talked about the chin/jaw thing.
Uh-oh breaking news now - huge market loss - gotta go. BBL.
