Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Mo said in his interview with Greta, that he picked her up and put her in and ice bath (on Feb 5 or 6, I believe) in the hotel in Florida.

MO also said that she was prescribed medicine for her flu by the hotel doctor.

I expect that we'll be seeing a few subpeonas one of these days. Ten days to the autopsy result and 2 weeks to the DNA directive.

Mr. Castranova gave a brief explanation of the recommendation to terminate Dr. Eroshevich's services. It was noted that on two occasions, Dr. Eroshevich arranged for psychologists to conduct fact-to-face examination of LACERA members, which is a violation of the agreement between LACERA and Dr. Eroshevich, when only Board Certified Physicians are allowed to conduct these examinations.
A motion was made by Mr. Russin, seconded by Mr. Chery, to approve the recommendation.
The Legal Office, at the request of Mr. Russin, will review Dr. Eroshevich's invoices to ensure that charges are proper. The Legal Office will report its findings and any recommendations to the Insurance, Benefits and Legislative Committee.

Apparently at the Hard Rock, they don't have telephones at the bedside, so there's no way to call for help in an emergency ...if we are to believe the fantasy story being spun by this group.
Your theory is so plausible , I wonder if the investigators have figured this out, yet?
Especially since we know this is not the first time the entourage has had to do CPR on ANS.
BTW- Did HKS and the entourage get ANS to a hospital after her near drowning ? For a chest x ray at least ?
Eventually, as more questions are asked by authorities, they will have to start turning on each other.

Larry Birkhead meets Dannielynn

Larry Birkhead never has wavered from his belief that he fathered the daughter of Anna Nicole Smith.

“I knew when I looked at her she was mine.

I said, ‘That’s my baby. She looks like me. She’s mine,’.” Birkhead told “Access Hollywood” in a previously recorded interview, part of which aired this morning on “Today.”

Even though the fight to establish paternity isn’t over, Birkhead finally has met 5-month-old Dannielynn, “Access Hollywood” reported.

The Louisville native — who works as a celeb photographer in Los Angeles — fed and burped the baby.

Then, Dannielynn threw up on Birkhead.

When the child is old enough, Birkhead said he knows what he’ll tell her about her famous mom.

“I just want her to know the good stuff. I want her to know (her mother) was a good person, a loving person. She loved kids,” Birkhead said.

ANS wants to be buried with her son. He was the world to ANS. They are confident they will win. Probably no ability to appeal. Whatever the ruling. Vergie only challenged the law. I'd like to know how many of those people are mothers and fathers and what would they do. That would shut them up. They have to keep this going for two weeks don't forget..until the court session in the Bahamas.
