Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
The real father will be determined with DNA. The odds of Stern being the father are 1 in a billion.

I keep wondering, each time I see that pic, whether she has *tape* on her ring finger to keep the ring on (making her finger fatter) - it looks awful.
What is their reason for not having Fox or MSNBC? I have RCN cable for tv and internet.
There's seems to have been a sweet vulnerability to her. Maybe he saw that. I know a lot of freepers think she was a manipulator, gold-digger, etc. But i detected some good in her. And there's some good in everyone, except Scott Peterson of course.
Probably - but Rale was intertwined into everything. Made me sick to find out he was "ANS's" attorney in the CA paternity hearing, but as soon as she died, it became obvious he was HKS's attorney all along, fighting the Birkhead moves and defending HKS's claims - not Anna's or certainly not Dannielynn's interests.
I'm just not sure which things were unethical and which ones weren't, because sometimes there are interpretations I just don't "get."

I specifically heard Thompson or Shelley say "appearance fees" and flesh out that answer to include TrimSpa - altho he wasn't certain.
But then there's that other blip that said she called the bank to authorize the gravesite check. That didn't make ANY sense to me. Why not just sign a check??
I've been busy working on my house and FReeping that i haven't had time to call them about it. It's intermittent and i haven't really been interested in watching the news on TV. This is so much better. What i get on TV i've already seen on FreeRepublic anyway unless it's a news conference. And i do get CNN and Headline News and so if i wanted to see a news conference related to this story i could get it there. I think it might be the weather. When the weather is bad here certain channels blank out. This time its Fox and MSNBC which are channels 59 and 60.
I'm still betting that Howard had a vasectomy. THAT's why they asked Thompson or however it was.
It was probably a house rule like "Anna can't go in the water". "Never call 9-1-1 for Anna unless I say so."

Don't know the name..it was on Court TV and he was representing Thompson in the Bahamas. I wasn't watching it..just listening from another room. Maybe someone else can give more details
Oooh this is interesting. What if....The gravesite people knew that she really didn't want Daniel buried in the Bahamas, so they called the bank to get confirmation from Anna personally that this is what Anna really wanted? What if the gravesite people had information that Anna was planning to move Daniels body to America....
