Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
NO, the lawyer was essentially saying that ANS was used to getting those gifts but Ben was not used to giving them. Read it as a sarcastic comment and you will get the drift.
He did saying something about waiting until the Marshall money came in....and that is the point I was most honed in on.
Why would he do that? The lawyer said the love relationship was over and this was a business relationship.
So if he was willing to wait and he told her that..why would she have to start payments when she had no money. They were giving/loaning her money for security and something else. I don't remember what Shelly said about that.
This whole house business is "Hinky" .
I noticed he cut off several answers that could have lead to incriminating evidence. I think that was hin his mind.
But the testimony would have been admissible. It would have been HKS that should have said..I plead the 5th.
Larry must have been mesmerized by Anna to stay with her, in spite of her lifestyle and her sleeping with Thompson.

Disclosing only one writers emails means nothing BECAUSE they can be in response to a very nice, loving email or a monstrous email. Howard made a mistake. I hope Larry still has that computer. I think he does.
IIRC, it was Stern, Rale and Khavarian. Ron Rale and James Khavarian, the latter being a witness to the 2001 will and now disbarred.
If you're ANS how hard would it be to get a $900K loan for a house? Come on. I'm even not close to being rich, but even i could manage that. A house is collateral. You default. Bank takes house back.
It's just hard to believe ANS was broke. Unless of course there was money laundering going on.......How obvious is that huh?
Now i'm just getting into the money laundering details so forgive in advance please. But was Anna putting things in HKS's name in order to avoid them being considered her assets? Was she funneling her income to HKS in order to avoid paying taxes on it? What IS the laundering theory here? (or theories)

Since HKS was with Anna since '96, could it be a conflict of interest and/or unethical to use his ex law partner as a witness to Anna's will?
