Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
The 10 carat ring is laundering, the guarter mil boat is laundering, the Rolex was laundering. They are possessed by Howard.
The media has usually included the ANS/HK$ house as $500K with extensive remodeling taking place.

OK, i don't know much at all about her past so i'll take your word on that. But those tatoos and stuff is minor. Remember Anna had no more than an 8th grade education. And in terms of legal matters, which had a lot to do with her public image and her public appearances on LKL etc, and most especially her estate, i still think Stern was calling the shots. Albeit maybe in a "honey, this is what's best. trust me on this" kinda way. So possibly this tactic coulda fooled Mo, but i personally think he's downright lying.

On the face of it, Mr. Stern has a nearly impregnable advantage in the proceedings – he is listed as the child’s father on her Bahamian birth certificate. That means that until that document is successfully challenged, Dannielynn has a father as far as Bahamian law is concerned.
Some light has been shed on the possible strategy of those seeking to attack that birth certificate, however, and from an unlikely source – a lawyer not directly involved in the paternity or custody proceedings.
Godfrey ‘Pro’ Pinder represents another of Ms. Smith’s reported ex-lovers, but one who is not claiming paternity. G. Ben Thompson, a South Carolina developer, arranged for Smith to acquire the waterfront mansion where she stayed with Mr. Stern and the baby.
According to Mr. Pinder, the birth certificate is defective.
"He (Stern) has to amend it, because the area where ‘informant’ is, there’s an attorney’s name there, and it should be (Mr. Stern’s) name," Mr. Pinder said.
While in his legal opinion the document is not void, Mr. Pinder insisted that it is defective. This leaves the door open, he said, for the document to be successfully challenged.

It seems the reports were that it wasn't in that great of a neighborhood. So you have a 500k house that needs extensive remodeling and a 900k house on the beachfront (maybe) that doesn't need remodeling. Of course, square footage etc enter into it, etc etc etc...
It still does not make sense for Ford Shelly to provide the money for the house , put it in Ben's name..set it up for ANS to she can evade Birkhead...when the Birkheads were their friends.
I think there is more to this particular part of the story.
In a related hearing, Senior Justice Anita Allen heard the proceedings relating to the disputed ownership of the Horizons residence where Ms. Smith lived.
Mr. Pinder explained that Justice Allen wanted to have a hearing on whether the legal action survived Ms. Smith’s death.
"She has consolidated all the actions, and she wants to have a whole day hearing and she’s adjourned it for March 14. I believe we should decide whether or not the action survives her death, and at the end of the day we should be able to get what we need without any problem at all," he said.
The Journal understands that the only legal actions that die with a person are actions they were engaged in that are of a personal nature. It is not clear whether the transaction relating to the house is in the nature of a personal action.
"I’m disappointed that it wasn’t taken care of today, but March 14 is just as good. It will give them time to put their house in order because they (Stern and his camp) know things are coming," Mr. Pinder said.

I remember the "I hate Mom" all the best because Howard poked her twice....telling her to say that she left a message for her mother....didn't talk to her personally. It's called: "Anna, follow the script". A lot of daughters are estranged from their parents. They don't make videos!!
But you don't KNOW that is the market. You are assumimg that is the market. You are assuming that the fair market value of the property was 900K when they bought the house. And trust me on this, real estate is a well known way to launder money....or just do a little googling on the techniques.
And don't forget that the Bahamas is a money laundering haven....thought they pretend not to be these days.
If they really want to get anybody for this it's HKS, in which case they're gonna have to break down Mo and wife. That shouldn't be too hard. Sooner or later Mo and wife will drop the proverbial dime on Howie.
Tattoos aren't minor. They are permanent. Putting a nude tattoo of your niece on your back is not typical. ANS upset because Sandi put a tattoo on her back that was not big enough and ANS demanding she go back and get a full back tattoo is not minor.
Telling your employee/lover that she has to take an upper so she can stay up in bed with you and watch TV and rub your feet is not minor. Telling your employee that she has to take a downer or an upper depending on what you want her to do is not minor.
And making your nanny your "sex slave" so that she is awarded over $800k in a lawsuit is not minor.

Ooh. I didn't notice he poked her. But it's not surprising. He tried so hard to play the timid guy on the stand but i'm not buying. He's just got that controlling look about him. And we know she thought her phones were bugged. Why would she think that? And who would she think had done it? She felt someone was out to get her. And didn't she say "if anything happens to me get all my stuff outta the house" or something to that affect? All signs point to Anna being afraid of Howard and in possible danger from him. And also, we all remember Virgies statement after Daniel died: "Vicki Lynn be careful- you could be next". If Virgie was so far removed from Anna how would she know that? Unless she was getting the info from one of Annas friends in whom Anna did confide...
Absolutely. Stern was in charge and they were told, in no uncertain terms, to call him FIRST if there was an emergency. Or else??
There is NO doubt in my mind that Mo and his wife were being paid or promised something by Stern.
I don't think ANS had a fever of 105 degrees. I think she was put in cold water to revive her from a drug overdose. That fever story was used to hide the truth from somebody who was there. The Dr. from Calif.? The lady friend of Shanes daddy?
It will be interesting to find out if there was a thermometer(sp) found in the room. I bet not.

There was a birth. There was a mother and father.
It'll be the basis for submitting the DNA because Anna is not alive to bear witness to the truth of the document IN ITSELF. There should be an affidavit signed by Anna and Howard attached to the birth certificate.
O tell you. Howard screwed up and made the video, 21 days after Danielynn was born, I believe. He created evidence.
I think so too, Jr. I never quite believed the circumstances around the ice bath. She was od'ing and/or trying to commit suicide by proxy.
