Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Fox News Alert
Appeals court rules that ANS body cannot be moved to the Bahamas.
Godfrey Pinder, lawyer of G. Ben Thompson, owner of the oceanfront mansion where Anna Nicole Smith lived, waves to reporters upon his arrival to the Supreme Court building in Nassau, Monday, Feb. 26, 2007. The focus of the legal fallout from the death of Anna Nicole Smith has shifted from Florida to the Bahamas, where the former model's ex-boyfriend, mother and partner are battling for custody of her daughter. When Perper said recent surgery, I'm sure he meant....where infection may be attributed to her death. But you're right, he should have been more specific.
Neil Cavuto just reported that a Florida Judge has just issued a "stay" and Anna ain't going anywhere. Whoa...

YES!
same here.
I guess there will be a closed casket if she ever has a funeral.
Just take the time and read the thread and you will see we have already covered what you are asking..

The Insider is saying they have a "bombshell" to reveal tomorrow in the ANS case.
They're showing some guy's pic - I *think* maybe it's that other bodyguard, Denk, but they showed another pic and I don't believe it is. Can't tell who it is, anyway.
He had taken a vow of silence on this topic, but he's going to reveal it now. "Something no one saw coming..."
"Anna had a secret disease."
That was the big headline, lol! We have to find out tomorrow. I'm sure it's the same guy they had on last week who said she had seizures and may have been epileptic.
(That would explain, I think, why she used to drive, but didn't anymore and why she wouldn't have been allowed in the water in the swimming pool.)
Wow....!! Tonight will be interesting on the shows. Hope LKL doesn't bump the First Lady...
LKL: So Mrs. Bush who do you think should get Anna's body?
LB: Well Larry I'm actually here to talk about heart disease and how it....
LKL: So you're saying that you think Anna died of heart disease? Here's a clip from my 2002 interview. Did you know that Anna painted a potrait of me. It was in the basement but my trophy wife thinks I can get some money from it on Ebay. Do you and you husband ever do Ebay? I'm sure he could make a nice penny on some pre war documents. Ohh we have a caller. Howard from Nassau.
Caller: Hi Larry. Uhmmm..the potrait that Mrs. Stern gave you would count as her estate and hence any profit from it would have to be shared with me ..argh..I mean with Dannielynn.
If true
I hope that this is true, but Fox News has jump the gun one too many times for me!
That is what the Topamax was for.
He did and I never understood that. She had a C-section which is a surgery and it was 5 months ago which in my mind qualifies as "recent."
Would also account for the Topamax.
I hope this is true. I hope that it is based on International Law and Treaty Law rather than just Bahama saying: "bring her here"...we need the money!!
Ha ha!
It looked at the top like it was supposed to be a sarong, but it was all bunched up in a weird way around the middle.
It's not clear if he meant to say ANY recent surgeries or any recent "plastic" surgeries.
