Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Birkhead says he hopes to see Smith's baby
NASSAU, Bahamas - An ex-boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith who claims to be the father of her baby girl said Monday he hopes to see the infant soon as he entered a Bahamian courthouse for a three-way custody battle.
And I would hope various LE agencies would consider it a flaming big red flag.
All the press reports and the EMT's interviewed the day she died describe him as the bodyguard, and his wife as the nurse. Now where did they come up with that info? They had to have described who they were to the EMT's.
If I understood correctly, I think Greta is going to play her entire interview with MO tonight, (Geraldo released exerpts this weekend.)
FWIW, according to Shepard Smith, you can't see her abdomen in that video. I haven't seen the video, though. Anyone know if you can see ANS's abdomen?
I'm so sorry to hear about your photos loss. I know how that hurts. All of my family photos are gone (missing in an overseas shipment) and the last member of my family passed away last year.
Family Law Attorney: Anna's 1st Husband Could Sue
TMZ spoke to a prominent family law attorney who says now that Anna Nicole has died, it's technically possible for Billy Smith, the father of Anna Nicole's late son Daniel, to sue Anna's estate for wrongful death.
A source in the Bahamas coroner's office has said a witness will testify that Howard K. Stern, Anna's companion and lawyer, allegedly gave Daniel methadone. At the time of his death, Daniel had a combination of seven drugs in his system, including multiple anti-depressants and methadone.
The coroner has stated they will conduct a formal inquest into Daniel's death. http://www.tmz.com/2007/02/08/anna-nicole-smith-collapses/
_______________
I hope the witness is still alive.
Why would they find a newborn and mess it all up and pretend to have it born on camera? That's sick.
I can think of tens of millions of reasons why :(

Thanks! Just saw the first post.
Watch Greta tonight I am sure she will probably show it again. I think Nancy Grace has been showing it and so has CourtTV. See for yourself if she is pregnant or not.
You can tell the thread denizens that I vouch for you, twinkster!
*Twinkie's OK, y'all.* (Now, you better agree with me, lol.)
Judge Makes No Ruling On Custody Of Anna Nicole's Baby
POSTED: 3:55 pm EST February 26, 2007
NASSAU, Bahamas -- Anna Nicole Smith's mother and an ex-boyfriend fought for custody of her infant daughter in court Monday but the judge made no ruling -- leaving the baby in the care of the former model's partner Howard K. Stern.
John O'Quinn, an attorney for Smith's mother Vergie Arthur, said Arthur asked to see her granddaughter. But the judge said she needs permission from Stern, who is listed on 5-month-old Dannielynn's birth certificate as the father.
"We want a visit with the baby and Stern won't let us," O'Quinn said.
Smith's former boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, who along with Stern and Arthur is also seeking custody of the baby, gave a thumbs-up sign as he left the pink, colonial-style courthouse but declined to answer reporters' questions.
His attorney, Debra Opri, said: "We anticipate DNA testing."
Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, who was born in the Bahamas on Sept. 7, is staying at a gated, waterfront mansion in Nassau where Smith lived with Stern until she died of unknown causes in Florida on Feb. 8.
Supreme Court Justice Stephen Isaacs dealt only with procedural matters and scheduled the next hearing for around mid-March, said Wayne Munroe, an attorney for Smith's estate in the Bahamas.
Arthur brought legal action in the Bahamas to wrest guardianship of the girl from Stern, Smith's most recent companion. Arthur claims she could a provide a more stable home for the infant, who could inherit a fortune.
Stern, who returned to Nassau from Florida on Saturday, did not appear for the hearing.

Sung to Pink Houses by John Mellencamp
Well ain't that the Bahamas
can't you see...
Little Pink Court Houses for you and me...
Yikes - I hadn't thought of "the little moron" jokes in a million, gazillion years! Probably not since I was maybe 5 years old!
And out of the depths of my inner childness, I remembered "Q: Why did the little moron tiptoe past the medicine chest? A: So he wouldn't wake the sleeping pills." I canNOT believe I would remember that, and only that one!
Well, no offense, but I'm not able to diagnose pregnancy by looking at a photo. I'd prefer some medical evidence myself :)
Holy Crap, what if she had yet another miscarriage. She had many of them according to her various boyfriends. Is there a reason why she would need a child. I wish they would just do the darn DNA test so we could quite speculating ;-)
She has on some bunched-up weird looking piece of fabric, so it's hard to tell - I had to be told she was PG, but once you realize that, you can tell. Sort of.

Maybe the LEOs are happy to see things being dragged out. Everyone's attention is busy elsewhere.
