Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
How did he get caught?? He had broken their pattern. They were at a place they had never mentioned before instead of the usual Sunday morning breakfast place.
Her brother, a good friend of mine, was given custody of the kids. It made me respect him all the more. They were 9 & 11.

So what's left today? Does Howard get evicted?
Ya'll...this is going to end up costing all parties a fortune in Attorney's fees. For that alone, Howard needs to get on with the test ASAP and settle it once and for all.

The judge and the GAL tried to have it both ways. Saying they weren't doing in on behalf of Anna's wishes OR the other claimants, but on behalf of Dannielynn. Then they turned around and did what Anna said she wanted...to be buried next to Daniel, and bc of Anna's and Stern's previous ploy to hide under the laws (and corruption) there, Daniel's place turned out to be in the Bahamas.
Now unless you buy that Howard is the father, will always have custody, and will reside with her in the Bahamas, it makes no sense to say, oh, we did it for Dannielynn. Rubbish.
I'm so sick of the spin that Howard MIGHT be the natural father. HUH??? Just look at the baby. Case closed. (As to him, anyway, being anything but a baby kidnapper, liar and possible manslaughterer or murderer).

What? How can this happen? What about exigent circumstances and all that?! What could possibly require them to delay it that long? Crazy.
Wouldn't Howard have to come back to the United States to continue the Marshall case?? And if he won, wouldn't it be monies that he couldn't launder? And with Daniel turning 21, wouldn't that change the entire picture as to his role as executor?? It sure would. So why bother continuing with the Marshall matter. And that seems to be exactly what happened.
Is the Judge giving them till March 16th for them to get their OWN DNA test? And then, he will determine who gets custody?

I saw a weird interview on LKL with this bodyguard MO. He said he thought of ANS as his little sister and she thought of him as her big brother. Yet she was older than him and employed him. This sounded odd as if he and HKS (to whom he referred as her husband) were keeping ANS under control.
Was the guardianship hearing put off until the 16th to allow for the DNA??
In order for Howie to evidence sincerity in his devotion to ANS and the 'committment ceremony' that took place on the boat, blessed by a Baptist minister, Howie must be observed being baptized in the river, attending Church on Sundays and finding Jesus.
Has he done any of those things?
Has Dannielynn been baptized?
Is that what ANS wanted?
i have rewound and nothing was said about it, there is only a banner at the bottom of the CTV screen.
It's driving me absolutely crazy that no one that knew Howard in his early years, say high school or college, has stepped forward to say they dated or whatever.
He definitely had motive and opportunity. The intent may be hard to prove. I say manslaughter at the very least.
I'd guess it's because the Judge is giving Stern and Birkhead enough time to "work the tests" out? If they can't do it, then he will rule who gets custody.
I would have thought he would ORDER a DNA test ASAP? There's no commonsense in this case.
Addendum: Wish someone could find Howard's yearbook or what Howard wrote in theirs.
In all fairness, we haven't heard too much about Birkhead either.
nothing settled yet on the DNA or Guardianship of the baby. They (reporters) may be waiting for Opri to come out and tell them what is going on. It could be that everything is suppose to stay hushed up as that is how they do it in the Bahamas.
I see a black "mammy" with a reddish dress complete with the scarf on her head... to the right of the door. Perhaps it is the sterotypical image in my brain that is projecting onto the picture.
Yeah, I know more than I want to know about them. Among other things, I live just above sea level and we have a high water table, and I have lost family members.
I studied the JonBenet case and we found out more than we ever wanted to know about burials in Georgia - the same type of thing (some were trying to make a case for exhumation, tho I was not one of them because I never believed in the stun gun marks to begin with). We wanted to know how well-preserved her body might be, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years later.
Then there was a lot about the Islands and where the water (or in some cases, sea water) table is, such as in Aruba. On and on. Know all about cement burial vaults, just wasn't sure we knew Daniel had been buried in one or that The Bahamas requires them, which they should, but the people are fairly poor, by and large, so probably not *required,* just *suggested.*
Shep asking why there are no pictures of Anna Pregnant. Sheesh, we asked that 1000s of posts ago.
