Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I can't even imagine being the mother and fighting a scumbag like Howard. I'd have to do everything in my power to keep from lashing out at him. So when you look at her face and it appears more than stern....Remember, she's biting her tongue.....and she hurts.
I think all the tourists trampling over the graves looking for his grave is macabre... also wanting to go and peer in at her house...

I cannot believe there is a human being, on this earth today, worse than Scott Peterson.
Peterson was actually gainfully employed selling fertilizer.
They were showing it for all the first weeks after ANS died, on ET or another, showing it covered over with plywood, but already dug, as if for ANS.
Now I'm thinking that was possibly Daniel's (although the one next to this one has brown grass and the others don't, because it's new sod squares, just put back on top after burial)? No, they wouldn't open it up with him in it, even tho they've been saying she will be buried on top of his, would they?
Maybe there's something down in the ground that's on top of the coffin that's already in there, for when they open it up to put a second coffin in it - like some kind of platform.

What's really sad is that it's just a little neighborhood type cemetery in a working-class part of town, filled with working-class people who come every day to pay respects and tend their relatives' graves.
Then came the circus train.

This is my take...
I think Daniel was an accident. She probably needed a fix and didn't want to do it in front of Daniel so she and her sneaky conspirator put it in the cup and somehow they got mixed up. That's why she was having those dreams about Daniel. He was haunting her rump saying ...you're coming to join me...I'm in purgatory come with me mom!!
I think her death was from neglect and from everyone trying to hide her drug use. A two day coma and no one takes her to the hospital..a 105 temperature and they are giving her ice baths. Neglect.

Manslaughter at least.
If you are drunk and you kill someone - it's at least manslaughter or sometimes negligent homicide.
I cannot see where being killed by a lethal dose of drugs differs from being struck by a car.
Either way you're dead at the hands of someone under the influence.
I'll bet Howard was furious to find out that Anna was pregnant and he knew he wasn't the father. Anna probably wanted to do a new will after Daniel died. That would have ruined everything. Maybe she thought it was going to happen in Florida??
Frankly, I think Howard had a vasectomy some time ago which explains the "no future heirs" in the will. It's the ONLY reason I can think of for discounting the baby).
