Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I'd be surprised if the date on the machine was wrong.
I didn't. I have a Fax machine in my office and once set the date seems to magically stay accurate. And why would they fax from California to the Bahamas to Barth in the middle of the night?
I imagine he's having a huge victory party in the home he's squatting in! That big ol grin on his skanky lawyers face said it all. I pray somebody is caring for Dannilynn tonight amongst all the celebrating.
Was Barth in the Bahamas?
The commitment ceremony was clever. It says: "Look judge. This was a serious relationship as required under Bahama law. And look here....this is our baby and her birth certificate says I'm the father as required under Bahama law. We're a real family!!"
Remember when the judge said "this will stinks like a dead fish"? Well so much of the circumstances here smell like dead fish.
Not that I'm aware of, but she profered to the judge yesterday it was faxed to her office and the date on the fax that sent it to her was incorrect. The coversheet is on TMZ
I'd like to hear more from Jackie and the couple from South Carolina. They seem to have seen Howie for what he's worth, and that is very little.
I know. I can't stand sanctimonious holier than thou types. I consider myself a moderative conservative. I can only listen to Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter in small doses.
No need to appologize, we all have our hotbuttons.
I don't think HKS is feeling too victorious right now. So much stuff came out (via Larry Birkhead) that means big trouble for HKS.
ring pictures I blew up
commitment ring (matches the ring in the Shane Gibson Photos)

So Barth was retained in FL before ANS died? I wonder why?
Ohhhhhhhh. Okay. Then she's the one with the brother in jail who has also claimed to be the father?
Right now I'm taking all politics in small doses, can't take all the current virtriol in my own party. I'll tune in next year more seriously again. So for now, it's mundane things for my brain and important issues like who is going to raise Dannielynn.
Are you certain? I thought he hired her last week when Virgie filed for the body and he realized he had to fight for her if he wanted her buried in Bahamas.
yes
NORMALLY, the cover sheet of a fax has a hand written or typed date and a signature. Regardless....You don't just send a will out of the clear blue sky. You need a directive as to whom to send it to....in other words, there's a request for the will someplace...likely an email to send it, to whom and that would probably be within 24 hours prior.
Interestink! Now things are beginning to make sense. This must've had something to do with the paternity issue. That would explain why Anna wasn't allowed out of her room. Or rather, i don't know if she "wasn't allowed", but she didn't leave her room.
But for the sake of argument i'm gonna assume that HKS wouldn't allow her to leave the room. Then why bring her there in the first place? I'm not buying the "she was there to check out a boat" story.
