NORMALLY, the cover sheet of a fax has a hand written or typed date and a signature. Regardless....You don't just send a will out of the clear blue sky. You need a directive as to whom to send it to....in other words, there's a request for the will someplace...likely an email to send it, to whom and that would probably be within 24 hours prior.

Understood. I send a typed coversheet, but have my fax set for an automatic coversheet, so basically I send everything automated and hand-typed. My automated has a date stamp on it while my hand-prepared only has date.
