Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
He is only GAL to determine the burial service on behalf of Dannielynn. He has no say in California or the Bahamas.

He should have never allowed the cameras in there. All deference was paid to HKS. Judge didn't even allow "Texas" to ask his own questions. It turned into the Barf and Oprie opera. IMO, Vergie and her attorneys were treated like dirt. I hope Vergie wins her appeal and tells all of them to kiss her hiney!!
I think because Colmes is so often on the wrong side, the tougher side to advocate, that they give him these non political issues in which to be the good guy for once.

Don't forget he also moved what money she had into the Bahamas. Next to Switzerland, Bahamas has the toughest secrecy laws on financial dealings... probably why he could spin the truth about what he was paid by ET.

I don't think she looked ill, she was wearing sunglasses, had on a trench coat and slacks and was walking in under her own steam alongside HKS. You couldn't miss the rock on her finger. We know from Birkhead's testimony yesterday she had a thing about ten carat rings.

Hard to tell in this picture, the size is small. Do you have a link to a blowup of the picture. The ring she had on entering the Hardrock was a square-shaped diamond. The ring in this pic stands out like that ring stood out.
