He should have never allowed the cameras in there. All deference was paid to HKS. Judge didn't even allow "Texas" to ask his own questions. It turned into the Barf and Oprie opera. IMO, Vergie and her attorneys were treated like dirt. I hope Vergie wins her appeal and tells all of them to kiss her hiney!!

Don't get me wrong, I felt for Virgie and I did think he cut her attorney's off too often. At the time I thought it had to do with the fact he was leaing toward Virgie.

I honestly don't think, unless they are going to move Daniel, and already have it arranged, the appeals court will overrule having her buried in the Bahama's next to Daniel.

If Daniel was still alive this would be a no-brainer, she'd already be on the way back to California.
