Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

that was something else not brought out today... the drugs being in HKS name. I have not heard they were there for her to detox, what show had that info?
I believe Howard said they formed a corporation....i.e., he and Anna and ???? probably one of Howard's attorneys and that's how he's paid. Thar requires "recording" and also Tax statements.
As i said in my post this was just a theory i thought of. There is no evidence i've seen that they were there to detox. It's just an idea for pondering.

Said she has seen him carry on a banter with a child for an hour or more and the kids open up to him because of his style. She said she always likes going before him... Judge Napolitano also said, in the same segment, that you don't judge a probate/family court judge in the same manner you judge a criminal judge... said it's apples and oranges. We are just not used to seeing family court-type hearings.

I was trying to think of a plausible explanation for why they brought a nurse with them. I haven't seen the video of the two of them walking into the Hard Rock. Did you? Did Anna look sick?

Daniel was very close to reaching legal age. That makes Howard "go away" as guardian of her estate.
Jackie Hatten is a beach volleyball player (tournaments) and from what I guess pretty well known in the circuit. California is the home of Beach Volleyball, she is very good friends with Peter Nygard who has a home in the Bahamas and introduced both Jackie and ANS to the Bahamas... he is who Jackie stays with when she goes to the Bahamas and when she went to see ANS.
I saw the interview. I've spent some time in family court, and know the difference. He knows better too.
What would Howard gain?????? 21 years of handling her estate.
