Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Okay, that's what I thought. So if he found a lot of drugs in her tissues, could he call an inquest to determine how and who provided all the drugs?

My husband and I were discussing this earlier. I informed him that anything is possible. Just think of the instances where men are being forced to pay child support for children that they eventually discover are not theirs biologically.

Not unless he termed the findings suspicious. Daniel's death in The Bahamas has been termed suspicious, so there is a formal inquest called for March 27th - but it has been so controversial it was originally scheduled for October 23rd and then cancelled, but then there was an outcry for further investigation.
Nobody wants to dig up all the crap like just happened this week. ANS was a known drug abuser, so how are they going to prove anything?

If they agree Florida can take it. Otherwise there's simply no jurisdiction. The only contact to FL is that ANS died there. There's no nexus to the child AT ALL!!!

ANS was a known drug abuser, so how are they going to prove anything?We shall see what Dr. Perper comes up with. He says his results are not complete but implied that they may not be so simple as an accidental overdose. OK, this is just my perception of what he was saying, kinda reading between the lines.

An emotional Ford Shelley blasted Howard K. Stern on the stand, but told the court that Stern's assertion that Anna Nicole Smith wanted to be buried next to her son Daniel was the truth.
Shelley, son-in-law of South Carolina real estate mogul G. Ben Thompson, accused Stern of not allowing him to pick up his own daughter from Anna Nicole Smith's house on the day that the infamous Anna Nicole "Clown" video was taken. He also said that his child wasn't allowed to call him to have herself picked up. Shelley angrily pointed to Howard K. Stern and seethed, "I'll never forgive you for that."
Shelley said that Anna told him that she had to bury Daniel in the Bahamas because she didn't want to go back to California, fearing that she would be served with a paternity suit.

I'm afraid it's becoming obvious from some of the interviews that she really was already dead long before 9-1-1 was called, which means she died in Indian Country. It's almost No Man's Land - but we have the Feds for the ultimate jurisdiction.I admit to ignorance about Indian Reservations, but i thought that they were separate from the USA technically. So am i wrong, and are the Feds actually in charge here? If so, i'm happy to be wrong.

Very Interesting! I missed that! I don't doubt she said she feared a paternity suit, but i do doubt that it was she herself who actually feared the paternity suit.

He signed checks that Anna told him. He did what Anna said.
It would be income if he paid himself. Therefore he lied to the court saying that he had no income. I think.
