They did interrupt programming on MSNBC to report that a lawyer was filing to have HKS evicted from the Bahama home.

Tas was on again today, with more 1-second sound bites from that original ET intervew of weeks ago, lol. This time, she did a re-enactment of finding ANS "unresponsive." Now she's speculating that it's possible she had been dead for several hours.

Again she never mentions Brigitte Neven being the person who originally found ANS - she portrays herself as having discovered the body.

ANNA NICOLE: THE DEVILS ADVOCATE OR A MODERN DAY MARILYN MONROE?

The hottest thing to hit the news media Nationally and Internationally over the past six months is the Anna Nicole Smith's saga. There is no doubt in my mind that the Anna Nicole episode rivals (newsworthy) that of the Sir Harry Oakes murder in this country some sixty-four years ago, and it would appear that, like Sir Harry's murder, that had not only touched the lives of a number of persons locally and internationally; but claimed a few as well, is on a similar course.
The local media, and indeed the International media also are, in my humble opinion, placing too much attention on Minister Shane Gibson; the rightful owner of the House and a Will that is six years old. Because of the huge amount of money involved it is attracting an unusual amount of players especially Lawyers and would be Fathers. There will be many persons here and abroad who will disagree with me, but I seem to smell something in this whole scenario that everyone, including Law Agencies are overlooking or if their suspicions are on the same wave length as mine, are simply ignoring. Let us take a closer look at this whole scenario, firstly, this woman, who from all reports and the number of men now laying paternity claim to her infant daughter was not only a player and user of men; but one skilled in the art.

Every Jack Rabbit and their political brothers are out for Minister Gibson's Political Scalp; and portraying him as one who has committed some heinous crime, when in fact he has done nothing more than being inappropriate in his dealing with Miss Smith. If one were to look at the situation involving Minister Gibson more closely, then one would realize that Minister Gibson was really a victim, that -if fate had not taken a hand -would have been led not only to the political slaughter house, but morally scarred for the rest of his life. Let us take a look at the following scenario: Smith is attempting to acquire a home without -according to reports -using her own cash; but that of a former lover; Producing documents and evidence that allegedly were genuine; Developing a close relationship with a Minister of the Government, in an area vital to her application being approved, and his family, and going to the extent of having her Lawyer and Companion photographing her and the Minister in a manner that would suggest something more than a casual relationship. This in my opinion was a calculated scheme to -if the need ever arose - blackmail the hapless and naive victim into submission or take him to destruction.

This woman may not be college educated, but she seemed to be well versed in the art of deceit and deception. A factor in this whole episode that is being overlooked is MURDER, yes, not one murder but two. The case of Daniel's (Her Son) death is highly suspicious. I seem to remember someone, either a patient or a nurse, making a statement that at the apparent time of Daniel collapsing, Miss Smith was heard to say, "You are the cause of this" or words to that effect. Daniel was her Heir, and in case of her death, in a position, according to the Will of 2001, to be the Sole Inheritor of her Estate.

In the case of Nicole's death, all circumstances surrounding her death, including the administering of medications before her ill fated departure from this planet; should be investigated to the fullest. Both Daniel's death and Nicole's, should be treated as suspicious. The circumstances surrounding these deaths are in many ways parallel to the Sir Harry Oakes murder that rocked this country some 64 years ago. Oakes murder, was fodder for the International Press over the years and in fact one John Marquis of the Tribune has recently increased his Financial standing by publishing a book on that murder. There is no doubt, given the notoriety of Anna Nicole Smith. This saga will be apart of our history that will survive through time.

There are many questions surrounding both deaths, Daniel’s and Nicole’s, that are calling for answers. There should be, in Daniel's case, no hurry to inter the body of Nicole until a painstaking autopsy has been performed. Her death whether by hands of Providence or by Human Design, was a blessing in disguise not only for Minister Gibson but this nation as well. Minister Gibson has committed no Crime and indiscretion. Impropriety yes, but no crime. This has given the Opposition F.N.M., which was scandal ridden not only as a Government, but when in Opposition as well, political fodder on which to feed for weeks on end.

In 2002 when a number of scandals involving Ministers in Ingraham's Cabinet were uncovered, Ingraham announced that he would cause an investigation into the scandals to be made and report back to the nation. It just never happened, these scandals involved criminality. Again in 2002 when the Hon. Bradley Roberts laid on the table of the House, documents purporting to show that a Government Personage was alleged to be a confidential informer for the Justice Department of the U.S.A, with a view to having the allegations investigated by Parliament, that session of Parliament was suspended, the records of the House expunged and later porouging Parliament in order to block the move by M.P. Bradley Roberts, the then Member for Grants Town.

While two wrongs do not make a right, I feel that the F .N .M. has long ago lost the right to criticize the governing party or any other party, or its members for actions of impropriety or indiscretion. Blowing this incident out of proportion and belching a lot of hot air, while ignoring the issues like CRIME, and others that need immediate attention, only goes to show that H.M. Loyal Opposition is Bankrupt of ideas, and have no plans or ideas as to how this nation can benefit by an F .N .M. Administration. Every Government in the world at one time or another has experienced incidents of scandals and/or impropriety; the P .L.P is no exception. The voters of Minister Gibson's Constituency are of the opinion that he performed very good as Minister of Housing and did an outstanding job as Minister of Immigration and feel that the F .N .M' s stance is like a drowning man snatching at straws.

Miss Smith's life, like that of another Blonde Bombshell, before her, Marilyn Monroe, was fast and furious, and like Marilyn Monroe her death is clouded in mystery, was it murder or something else. Ms. Smith appears to have been a person who knew what she wanted and planned well in advance, how she intended to achieve her goal and she seems to leave nothing to chance by having a backup plan in case the original failed. Hence the frozen sperm of her husband which she apparently used when it suited her purpose in order to have a child of her husband's in order to gain control of his Fortune in case her bid to gain it on her own merits had failed. Then the photos taken with Minister Gibson by her lover, to be used if her bid for resident status went awry. You expectant fathers of Dannielyn are in for a surprise when the DNA tests are completed. My eyes are not what they used to be but on comparing Danniely’s photo with the first four men photos that were published, the baby appears to be a spitting image of Mr. Marshall. It looks like even in death Anna Nicole Smith has made fools out of a lot of people.
