I'm just delving.

You couldn't accept it as it is?

What if it's a double lipped single pancake. It could be.

I guarantee you this is one pancake:

There is no such thing as a double lipped single pancake........

So now let me do a little delving of my own:

Is it entirely possible the pancake spontaneously generated into two?

Are you a scientist?

Same as two.

These are the guys who invented the single-lipper. They're French.

My muse is being snooty and contrary.
She's sitting on a tuffet ala little miss muffet
but I lack a spider to brighten her day.

A man denies his muse at his peril, and mine truly is Queen Mab.
She hasn't figured out that showing up out of the blue while one is driving doesn't help.

Queen Mab

I've heard you speak of Mab before
I think I saw her sneaking in the back door
she was traveling incognito as is her wont
hissing here and there on the count of ten
she opened up the spell book again

Beware the lurking leer of Queen Mab
your head is not a lump of cod
mayhap the spell will go away
on a Winter wind come what may.

Hi y'all!

Got a little quiz for y'all!

I keep getting these polols on wich was the greatest president of the USA in whatever century. disregarding the century he actually served in. so I'm gonna break it down and get youm opinion, I'm leaving out the 43rd president and his century as we are currently living throught that one and since we can't tell what the future holds we can't judge what sort of president or how GWB will stack up against his successors during the course of the 21st century. And I don't feel it is fair to compiar him with someone sreving in a past century (even the 20th)

SOOOOOOO!

Here's the lists

18th century

1. George Washington

2. John Adams

Wich one in your judgement was better? My pick would be GW because he blazed a lot of paths in a new position for a new nation.

19th century

3. Thomas Jefferson

4. James Madison

5. James Monroe

6. John Q Adams

7. Andrew Jackson

8. Martin Van Buren

9. William H Harrison

10. John Tyler

11. James K Polk

12. Zachary Taylor

13. Millard Fillmore

15. James Buchannan

16. Abraham Lincoln

17. Andrew Johnson

18. Ulysses S Grant

19. Rutherford B Hayes

20. James A Garfield

21. Chester A Arthur

22. Grover Cleveland (1st term)

23. Benjamin Harrison

24. Grover Cleveland (2nd term)

25 William Mckinley.

Wich one in this century stock full of history and growth for a young and upcoming nation?

I find it hard to decide. I have at least two. T.J. under whom the nation expanded greatly and A.L. because he held the countyr together during a most trying time. I kinda don't really want to include Garfield or WH Harrison as they did not serve long enough to really tell what they would have done while in office.

20th century

Okay here's everybody's favorite century!

26. Theodore Roosevelt

27. William H Taft

28. Woodrow Wilson

29. Warren G Harding

30. Calvin Coolidge

31. Herbert Hoover

32. Franklyn D Roosevelt

33. Harry S Truman

34. Dwight D Eisenhower

35. John F Kennedy

36. Lyndon Baines Johnson

37. Richard M Nixon

38. Gerald R Ford

39 James E Carter

40. Ronald W Reagan

41. George Herbert Walker Bush

42. Willian J Clinton (Sorry guys I had to add him)

That's the 20th century lineup of cinc's!

Hard to choose I havr so many favorites!

BTW who were the worst presidents in the 19th, 20th centuries?

I'm leaving out the current century and the 18th century.
