Remote detection satellites are used by the intelligence branch of the military to conduct mind control exercises in the theater of war. All this technology is dependent upon the higher branches of particle physics and quantum mechanics. The array of satellites safe in deep space cover the entire earth making the mind control intelligence program widely successful. Be amazed as you view this military program break out of the box. Go to the following web site that shows a real-time mind control zombie being manipulated by satellite and the military. www.MindControlUSA.com

I just added a few more "red dirt" shots, along with this moonscape from the Navajo Reservation in NE Arizona. With the ghostly gibbous moon above center frame, it's one of my favorite shots.

Got copies of 300 and HP Order of the Phoenix as well. They are currently filming Half Blood Prince for release in Nov of 08.
w00t!
Still need to add a few others I missed. Like Spider-man 3 and Fantastic Four 2.
Wolverine, Iron Man, and Incredible Hulk this year ought to make "super-heroes" the big Hollywood cash-cow for the season.

I think they’re great. You’ve got the subject of the photo right in the middle, and everything!
Would you like to come here and try to get one of all my family looking at the camera at the same time? I’d make it easy - no catz!

I’m no expert on photographic composition, but I’m pretty good at getting the frame around whatver it is that grabbed my attention. Once I achieve that, the rest is mostly just good aim. The Grand Canyon shots were most difficult to frame because there’s just NO way to fit that variety of HUGE into a picture; I had to pick some prominent rock formation(s) and just go for it.

I need to add the 300 and all the HP movies. I also want Transformers. :o]
They’ll come...sooner or later...

Transformers was another one that caught me by surprise. Fairly good movie.

Haven’t seen a decent movie in ages. Don’t even rent anymore.

The folks over at PIXAR haven’t disappointed me, yet; we own everything they’ve put out, but we probably wouldn’t if we didn’t have the kids.
Other than those, and the LOTR series, though, I’ve got to agree with you: it’s almost all mindless dreck with an occasional title ranking worthy of a one-time viewing.
Still, with rentals, you can always go back and get old films that ARE worth watching more than once; “Ben Hur” comes immediately to mind.

300 was pretty good. Transformers, despite being a Spielberg flick, wasn’t preachy and was campy fun.

I totally agree about PIXAR....somehow they just seem to get it right every time.
I think I will give Net Flix a try.

I don’t have kids at home, but I enjoy the PIXAR movies.
Transformers was a lot of fun, I thought, and I really enjoyed the special effects.
(Of course, my grandkids thought I was nuts because I was either cheering or booing and hissing....)
Another surprise (to me) was Collateral, with Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx. And I don’t like Tom Cruise.

“The Greatest Game Ever Played” was excellent, if you’ve got any interest in golf at all.

I’d have signed up with NetFlix already, but there just aren’t enough different movies coming through our front doors to warrant that. For now, I’ve got Hollywood Video and Blockbuster both within two miles.
