Rosie may not have a contract with him personally but the View may because they've done some promotional exchanges and Trump may have an option to go after Rosie personally if he wants. Baba Wawa may have to get Rosie to apologize or something to try to keep the View from having a lawsuit served on them. Promotional exchanges usually are accompanied by contract that says that neither party or associate of party involved will bad mouth the other(s). The other thing maybe a slander/libel issue if she said or insinuated anything untrue about him or the pageant that he represents. If Rosie was performing her comedic act as truth based on media reports then there's a strong possibility the media has been wrong but Rosie gets holding the bag. I'm not on anyones side but this would be shear pleasure to see Rosie squirm a bit.

I'm not on anyones side but this would be shear pleasure to see Rosie squirm a bit. I like to see her squirm too .. like the time she went after Kelly Ripkia (sp?) .. Rosie was in the wrong and Kelly called her on it and smacked Rosie upside her stupid head
But IMO .. this time Rosie was right about Trump and he over reached with the threat of a lawsuit

Ok I saw it and it is pretty funny but there are at least 3 things that she better be able to back up with proof, infidelity, bankruptcy and owing creditors.

I don't think a fat lesbian pig who is raising children in a disfunctional household has any room to lecture trump on morals. I hope he shoves those court papers in that cows mouth.

Has anyone commented on The Donald's hair looking more silvery rather than blond? Could this be a prelude to him losing the comb-over and starting to look age appropriate?
Nah!

"The only thing I see that could lead to a lawsuit is some contractual issues and it seems she knew she stepped over some line whether what she said was right or no about Trump."
I can't think of any contractual agreement Donald has with ABC or "The View." His show is on NBC and there are no links to him or ABC or the show other than his being a guest. This will be fun, though. :-)
