Donald Trump is set to sue “The View” host Rosie O’Donnell, Access Hollywood can reveal.
Earlier this afternoon Trump announced he is filing suit against the TV talk show host. “She says things that come to her mouth, she’s not smart, she’s crude, she’s ignorant and to be honest I look forward to suing Rosie,” he told our cameras. “I’m gonna sue her and I look forward to it. She’s really very dangerous for the show.”
Trump declined to elaborate on the details of his proposed legal filings, but added O’Donnell will understand his reasoning. “Rosie will find out what we’re suing her for. She knows what we’re suing her for,” he said adding the lawsuit is already in the works. “It’s something I look very forward to,” he added.

“Rosie is somebody out of control who really just doesn’t have it and she ought to be careful because I’ll send one of my friends to pick up her girlfriend and I think it would be very easy,” he said.
This should be fun, he will sue Rosie and maybe even the View. Baba Wawa has turned her show the view into the female jerry springer show. What a joke, he reputation is shot over this and frankly, I'm glad for it. Rosie is a disaster and baba wawa will go right down the drain with her.
Lots of money floating around for the lawyers to latch on to.

Contractual violations is a good guess. It's pretty hard to sue somebody for blatant stupidity, ignorance, and loudmouth obnoxiousness.
If one of the Miss USA candidates could put a stopper in Rosie's maw, it would feed half of Africa.
"She says things that come to her mouth" is demonstrable, the rest are statements of opinion not statements of fact...insults in and of themselves are not actionable afaik so Rosie doesnt have a case. But if anyone saw Rosie's verbal diarhoeea anti-Trump diatribe on "The View" this morning they'd know Donald does have one...heck even on the show when it happened they were predicting that Donald was going to sue Rosie...he didnt waste any time either!

I'm not taking sides nor am I questioning that she got in some licks but did she violate some contractual issues in the process and my guess is she did?

Yippee! I've never watched the view, but I want to dig out Rosie's eyeballs every time I see a clip of it, and those of whoever the sycophant was clapping for Hillary. I thought she was going to lick Queen Hill's feet (or some part of her). Good Lord, who ARE these people?
What channel is the View on? Because tomorrow I'm tuning in.
