Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Sing hey! for the bath at close of day
That washes the weary mud away!
A loon is he that will not sing:
O! Water Hot is anoble thing!
O! Sweet is the sound of falling rain.
and the brook that leaps from hill to plain;
but better than rain or rippling streams
is Water Hot that smokes and steams.
O! Water cold we may pour at need
down a thirsty throat and be glad indeed;
but better is Beer, if drink we lack,
and Water Hot poured down the back.
O! Water is fair that leaps on high
in a fountain white beneath the sky;
but never did fountain sound so sweet
as splashing Hot Water with my feet!

Aw geez...
Which arm is it this time? Didn't he just recently hurt an arm?
To: TalonDJ
Black dogs are hard to photograph - mostly just get silhouettes.
They've certainly grown! Those tails look like they could do some series damage. ;-)

Them are some cute puppy pictures! Thanks for finally postin' some!

Which arm is it this time? Didn't he just recently hurt an arm? It's his right. Yes, he's right handed.
He smashed the ~other~ hand during a rehearsal for the Christmas show. But nothing was broken then.
That's why I got all het up when I heard he wanted to go to the ER. I figgered it was an overreaction and they'd say ice it and take some Aleve and then charge me a $100 co-pay.
Turns out the little goober actually did hurt himself this time.

"Rainbow Six" concentrated on the John Clark and Ding Chavez characters. It didn't have as much of the techie jargon as some of the earlier Jack Ryan books. Lots to do with bio stuff, though, and that's all I'm gonna say about that!
I also enjoyed "Debt of Honor" and the sequel, "Executive Orders".

My caution about his stuff is that the language can be a bit coarse and the stories are very violent.Heh. Have you read any of Vince Flynn's stuff? I just finished his most recent. His protaganist, Mitch Rapp, reminds me a lot of Jack Bauer, in fact, I think Vince Flynn had been a guest at the set of "24" at some point. Some of his books were published before "24" got started, though, and his protaganist tends to work outside the country more than inside, since he's CIA.

Oh, I asked Joseph, and he said that Luke could handle the DS with no problem. Just watch which games he gets so as to reduce the frustration level.
Sorry about Jr.'s wrist. Skateboards are a devil's device.

Thanks for the advice. I thought as much about the DS when I checked it out a bit more.
As for Jr's wrist, I was wrong about how it happened. It wasn't a skateboard. It was a dirt bike.
One of my first questions when I got home was "were you wearing a helmet?"
I didn't get the answer I wanted.
