(CBS) The three Duke lacrosse players indicted for a rape they say they didn't commit are indignant over the effect the charges are having on their lives and their families.

In their first interviews, they speak to Ed Bradley this Sunday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

Yet Nifong claimed she was traumatized on April 11 to even talk about the case. Yet two weeks after the party, she is dancing half naked, and her back is fine. Bradley said she was able to perform her routine without any problems. LOL.

Brodhead thought naming that commission would cover him and Colman, who HEADED the commission, has just destroyed Nifong and revealed the fact that Brodhead did not...and as far as I know...has not supported the students...the obviously innocent students...in his care.

It ended with Reade Seligman saying "No, I wouldn't do anything different. I didn't do anything wrong." Or something close to that.

Very compelling.

I'm not sure he's going to get around the fact that bruises and scratches recorded in the medical report are evident prior to the time LIEfong says the hoax, er, rape occurred.

I wonder how the trial will go. If it weren't for the fact that three men's lives are ruined, I would say I want to see how the hapless LIEfong presents his bogus case.

On a related note, I wonder how much money Crystal Mangum will make tonite shaking her thang. She's a celebrity!

In writing there is a trade-off between precision and clarity. The more detail you get into the less clear the point you are trying to make. I am sure it is similar in broadcasting. The segments were clear, well done even if they missed a point here or there that might have been made. Plus they had new ground to break.

And that's a damn shame. We bemoan the lack of accountability for politicians and civil servants here on FR, but when there is such a clear-cut case as this, jack shiite doesn't happen to them.

Vapors? Breath deep, we can't lose you. It should be interesting to see the various reactions. So many times O'Reilly reads his mail and gets two exactly opposite reactions to his approach to stories. We will see how the pro-prosecution side viewed this shortly.

Brodhead is unfit for office. In the short segment he was given, he whined that he had no choice but to throw the team and these three in particular under the bus because of the emotional atmosphere at the time. YOU ARE THE PRESIDENT OF THE SCHOOL! LEAD, FOLLOW OR GET THE (&*)^ OUT OF THE WAY! I loved how Brodhead whined with that stupid "whatever they did was bad enough" line, and Bradley threw the BS flag. Brodhead could not even admit that the rash rush to judgment was a mistake. What a worm and the very essence of the Peter Principle.
