(CBS) The three Duke lacrosse players indicted for a rape they say they didn't commit are indignant over the effect the charges are having on their lives and their families.

In their first interviews, they speak to Ed Bradley this Sunday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

This reminds me of the situation in Philly over the Don Adams case. Lynn Abraham is still the DA after what had been the standard for malicious prosecution. Now we have a competitor in that department. Hopefully Nifong will end up paying a price, although, quite frankly, I fear he will not.

After reading this thread, it's nice to finally see SeeBS get something right. We've all known these facts for months, but the reality is it takes a platform like SeeBS to let the nation see what a complete criminal Mike LIEfong is, front and center. I was taught to never wish badly on anyone, but I hope LIEfong is having a miserable evening.

That's what I surmised when Seligman proved from the beginning that he did not spend 30 minutes at the house after the women "danced." He said he was there for only five minutes before the cab arrived.

Recently, Nifong said that perhaps the "rape" took about five minutes....that the accuser was so upset, she was mixed up when she claimed it took 30 minutes.

I'm so glad Finnerty is keeping his alibi a secret.

Yeah, no reason to watch after the first too segments. Do they still have Andy Looney on at the end? Never mind I don't care. I would like to CBS has turned and now just wants to shoot straight, but I suspect had these kids been from Iowa, Georgia and Arizona, CBS might have joined the chorus.
