higher levels of Immunoglobin A. Immunoglobulin A is associated with mucosal surfaces and doesn't circulate much in the blood. One could theorize that its levels increase with sex because the mucosal surfaces (mouth, vagina, rectum, etc) are bombarded with more foreign antigens.
