As much fun and as cool as that would be-- I can think of a lot better uses of $250,000 (or whatever the ticket price will be) for 5 minutes of weightlessness

Put Clinton (either one) on the damn thing - and install and eject seat.

Galactic? A bit overstated for a suborbital flight.
Still, I'd love to do it.

5 Minutes?
That's it? What a joke.

Yeah, but that $250,000 is going to be put towards a project, that within 10 years, will mean $250,000 will get you a week in orbit. New technology is always very expensive, and it's the early adapters that help bring the price down.

anyone seen the game at www.galaxy32.com ? They have put up a treasure hunt, the winner gets a free ride on the Virgin Galactic. It's free + no registration. The aim of the game is to find the 10 solar bodies (9 planets + the sun), first to find the gets the seat.
Bon Voyage!
(by the way the first bit of 'treasure' is at NASA!)
