Good to be around again, and expect to be here pretty much regularly. They tried the ankle surgery, but they wanted to put me on a ventilator, and couldn't force it down my throat, past my goiter, after trying for an hour. Also the operation they planned would have taken about 4 1/2 hours, dangerous with my general health. If the brace doesn't work, or if I get more foot damage, they probably will do the amputation.

I've never been to Nepal.

I bought some body spray...I found it at the dollar store and it smelled like a light soapy smell, so I went ahead and bought it. Well, it had a slap naked woman on the bottle...a metal cannister type aerosol bottle you know? Well, she was slap naked from the waist up and she had her arms barely over her in critical spots, you know?
I took a Sharpie and drew her nice black t-shirt! LOL! I swear, if you don't look very closely, you would never know it didn't come that way!

When we got Gypsy she didn't bark for 6 months, not even a small woof. I had to have the air-conditioning repairman in, and she just sat on her bed and stared at him. It freaked him out much worse than if she had barked.
Don't know if she was beaten or just had a anti-bark collar, but she finally realized it was okay to be a dog and bark occassionally. Her first barks were very high-pitched and tight, they are much more normal now :-) LSA

As y'all know I went to a very conservative private college (let's keep the name out of it). I was on the yearbook staff.
Each year the senior music majors gave a recital. One of the sopranos wore a very very low cut spaghetti strap gown. I'm not even sure how she got away with wearing it on campus. Yea verily, it did cleaveth much.
Since this was in the days before photoshop, the editor and the photographer spent an evening with a magic marker until they finally got a version that looked like a nice mesh "filler."
So to speak.
