New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, |

Still round the corner there may wait |

Home is behind, the world ahead, |

I keep getting e-mails for that stuff.
There is a curriculum called Considering God's Creation which we have used and like. There are also some other books he may enjoy:
Gallileo For Kids
Planet Earth
Dragons of the Deep
Exploring Creation with Zoology 1: Flying Creatures of the Fifth Day
Exploring Creation with Botany, Textbook (this is a complete science series, botany is only one topic in the series)
It Couldn't Just Happen: Fascinating Facts About God's World
Dinosaurs By Design
Mystery of History (textbook)
Story of the World Vol 1 (this is also a popular homeschool curriculum)
The Answers Book
The next two either don't discuss creation in depth or only mention Big Bang briefly:
Extreme Reader: Space Mysteries
Don't know Much About Space
That qualifies you to be a consultant on my Nano story this year. (if you would, please...)
Sounds lovely! I'll try to coordinate, but not neccessarily go matchey-matchey.
Next question: Have you registered anywhere? (or, are you planning to?)
Cool fer you!
(mornin' folkses)
Thanks for all the suggestions. We're mostly looking for books he can read on is own as opposed to curriculum...so far anyways.
Yes, just imagine...
"They are not all accounted for, the lost Shoooeesss. We do not know who else may be wearing them!"
[shudder]
Certainly
I keep thinking there is something I should be doing or some place I should be going this morning... Oh well, most not have been important. Back to sleep....
I already told you I'd cry if you missed the plane... or at least try... anyway I'd be in a really lousy mood. ;-)
You are not invited along on any of our dates this weekend :-)
I was just tryin' to help.
Okay, I've put this off far too long. Had to deliver Virginia history and political lessons this morning.
Now I need to get outside and get to work.
See y'all later.
Heh...and CNN is quite tame compared to, say, NPR. It'll cure low blood pressure in seconds.
Stinks because they actually *do* have some interesting programs, but if I catch any of their news or discussion shows by mistake - ack!
Hope the flights go well! Can't wait to see you love.
Bunnies! We hates them, Precioussss....
I found where they lopped off two flower stalks from the daylillies.
Good morning! :-D
~sip~
Good morning!
Items on the agenda for today: go to Tar-zhay or some such place for fans (box or otherwise), go to the library, mow the back yard, do the burn barrel thing, relax. We'll see how far on the list I get before skipping to the end.
