I'm gonna have to go ahead and agree with you on that. A horse should be a carefully considered purchase - the right horse for the right job for the right owner. This is a good way to create another neglect case for the Animal Cops show.
Hey, it wasn't my idea. It was donated and the church had to do something with it. I was just telling Cindy since loves paints. It's a western church where people can still ride their horses to church and yes a vet check must be provided first and there is a barn. Tickets are beng sold within the church and I would think some of those people would want a horse if they won it.
