Nothing complicated about men. Just little wind-up toys.

My little wind-up toys are very complicated. I have to go through a lot to get what I want. (I just hate to see a grown man cry.)..;o]

"I just hate to see a grown man cry." No big deal. I do it all the time. But I can get away with it. I'm a poet.

Then you have to comfort them.
Which can be kind of nice. And lead to other nice things.

Yep. Kids of a certain age can recite the dialogue and sing the songs.

"A man's heart is a garden maze. Even he knows not the path to the center."
Most men are. Most women can be predicted within certain parameters as well. However, behavioral triggers for one person won't work on another in exactly the same way. Nor do people stay the same over time.
I think you underestimate your subset of the species.

Yeah you keep pushing it but I am not buying it.
Guys are very complex with all sorts of little hidden buttons that you can hit without meaning to.
Next thing you know they are miffed and you are sitting there thinking, "What did I say?"

Exactly. And men see women as the same kind of complex beast. Never the twain shall meet.
I don't see this as a bad thing.

Sound of mechanical breathing, orchestral music strains in from somewhere.
There is the sound of a lightsaber igniting!
Vader says to Luke, who is offscreen, "You don't know the power of the Dark Side!"
Luke responds, "Oh, I think I do."
There is a loud crash heard, and Vader yells "OW! That was my head!"
Screen pans over, and Luke is holding a length of pipe.
