Is Kim in that picture? It's possible there were two cars there. I don't know. I understand the Kroger's security guard saw them with one car but is that how they arrived?

Yes, I just found it appalling.
They would be gone in about 30 seconds. The campus begins right across the street from the house, the house actually faces onto the campus. Those who didn't want to waste spending money on a cab would walk across the street onto campus and would disappear behind campus buildings in 30 seconds. There is a free campus bus that they would hop on to for those that needed to go to other parts of the campus to get home.
The wealthier students with more spending money could order a cab from the house and get home quicker and even stop for food as Seligmann did.
We were posting about those kinds of scenarios yesterday.....somebody not getting paid and then somebody having to lie about the money and on and on...LOL!

I assume there are cell phone records to match against the computerized cabby phone log.
So even if the cabby's memory is fuzzy about the time when he was in his cab, or what he heard or saw that early morning outside while in his cab, there are other things that establish Reade was GONE while the stripper was suppose to be getting raped.
IF this was just the cabby as an eyewitness as an alibi you might have a point, but considering there is a paper trail, I do not think it matters if the cabby's remembers the car being white, when it was green.
The only place I have heard about polish trace being found is on the railing.

Earlier, a freeper said the practice was for the girls to get paid up front before performing. Since one of the charges Nifong made against the 2 arrested students is larcency, it looks like the guys took the money or part of it back. If so, when did that occur? Were they returning it when, according to accounts, they were pushing money under the bathroom door and telling them to leave?
