We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Well, the jury in the Federal courthouse in Alexandria decided that Moussaoui is "eligible" for the death penalty. That is only step one. Step two is for prosecutors to convince the same jury he should actually be put to death. The first hope is that the prosecutors don't bungle their case as badly as they did in the first part of the penalty phase of this trial--if it wasn't for Moussaoui's stunning testimony, we wouldn't be here today.
Nevertheless, four and a half years after the worst attack on American soil since World War II, the first conspirator in the plot has been put in a position to die for his crimes.
The prosecution has outlined their case:
Beginning on April 6, the jury will:
** get testimony about the horrific destruction that day;
** see a videotape of people jumping out of the World Trade Center;
** hear 911 calls from people trapped in the towers;
** have read out by prosecutors the names of every victim;
** be provided photographs of as many victims as possible:
** receive testimony from 40 family members.
Meanwhile, the defense is planning:
** to talk about Moussaoui's troubled childhood;
** to show that Moussaoui is mentally unstable
On his part, Moussaoui is said to object to the efforts of his attorneys to introduce evidence about his mental state.
Stay tuned...

Tom DeLay announced that he will not seek re-election to Congress and that he will leave that body.
Canada has announced they do not intend to re-introduce legislation that died in Parliament last year which would have legalized small doses of marijuana.
And there are reports that Hollywierd is beginning to sour on Hitlery, calling her, depending on whom is doing the talking, either too conservative, too polarizing, too famous, too stiff, or too sexy.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
I better try for some sleep - it's 3AM here

Why does a one pound bar of chocolate give information about nutritional information based on "Servings per container: 1"? Is that a girl thing?
I ate about 4 grams. A quarter ounce?
Did I get my chocolate Minimum Daily Requirement? I probably won't have any for another couple of weeks.

I haven't seen any bush butter beans, I'll look for them, cause I really like them. I'll be planting some "Lucy okra" plants, they grown only 2 feet tall. I'm not real big on okra, but Roomey is, so....I'll plant some seeds. I have some yellow and red cherry tomatoes and some red and yellow regular tomatoes. Bell peppers, and pickle peppers and hot peppers. I'll see what happens. As y'all know, I'm no gardener, I just play like I am. You should see the mixture Roomey is putting together. There is top soil, llama pellets, compost, leaf mold, and potting soil, all mixed together. If my seeds don't turn into plants, it's not because he has not put together the soil mix. I need to call Park Seed and ask them to send another catelog, as I threw the other one away, I guess, I can't find it. I'm always throwing something away, then find I need it.
I'm off to finish watching the Godfather Part ?. So till tomorrow, sleep well, stay warm, stay dry, stay safe.
Nite All.

I guess I'm a Klingon, cause they are really tasty and crunchy when they are cold. YUM. Try them, with salt and pepper with red wine, terrific. You'll love them.
Thank you for your service.

will you use the fennel for the greens or the seeds?
I use the seeds in italian cooking but have never used the greens in salad. I am not much for cooked greens
I wouldn't classify myself as a "fan" but I wouldn't be amiss to hearing him sing.
I remember a time in the mid-60s when Wallace was running for governor and came to campaign in Auburn. I do believe Hank Williams, Jr. was the front band for him.
We are proud of Alabama's musicians.
