I love kohlarabi.. haven't had it for ages. the young ones are very mild. I recall mom cutting them like French Fries & then icing them in icy cold water. .crunchy, tasty & I am betting healthy

Speaking of kohlarabi, the DNR in Wisconsin experimented with fish cross-breeding back in the 1970s. They took the Coho Salmon and crossed it with the Walleye for taste and then crossed the offspring with the Muski for fighting capability.
They called the result the "Cowalski". The experiment was a failure...they couldn't teach it to swim.
