We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Well, the jury in the Federal courthouse in Alexandria decided that Moussaoui is "eligible" for the death penalty. That is only step one. Step two is for prosecutors to convince the same jury he should actually be put to death. The first hope is that the prosecutors don't bungle their case as badly as they did in the first part of the penalty phase of this trial--if it wasn't for Moussaoui's stunning testimony, we wouldn't be here today.
Nevertheless, four and a half years after the worst attack on American soil since World War II, the first conspirator in the plot has been put in a position to die for his crimes.
The prosecution has outlined their case:
Beginning on April 6, the jury will:
** get testimony about the horrific destruction that day;
** see a videotape of people jumping out of the World Trade Center;
** hear 911 calls from people trapped in the towers;
** have read out by prosecutors the names of every victim;
** be provided photographs of as many victims as possible:
** receive testimony from 40 family members.
Meanwhile, the defense is planning:
** to talk about Moussaoui's troubled childhood;
** to show that Moussaoui is mentally unstable
On his part, Moussaoui is said to object to the efforts of his attorneys to introduce evidence about his mental state.
Stay tuned...
In other news...
Tom DeLay announced that he will not seek re-election to Congress and that he will leave that body.
Canada has announced they do not intend to re-introduce legislation that died in Parliament last year which would have legalized small doses of marijuana.
And there are reports that Hollywierd is beginning to sour on Hitlery, calling her, depending on whom is doing the talking, either too conservative, too polarizing, too famous, too stiff, or too sexy.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
The human mind maintains lots of data and even more indexes to that data. One is an index of words that point to their spellings. When we think of the word "There" our brain takes the sound of the word there and looks it up in its spelling index. If you are thinking using individual words your brain will find the spelling of "there" and say.. "NO move to the next spelling of the word". It will find the "their" spelling in the index, know it is correct and use it.
If you are not thinking us individual words and are just typing a complete phrase or sentence as a single thought.. your brain will not object to the first spelling found and you will type "there" instead of "their".
My brain has "their" and "there" filed in an opposite order to yours. I am constantly typing 'their' when I should type 'there'.
It is a very common problem of those who think in complete phrases and sentences rather than in individual words. People who do not think using complete phrases and sentences do not have the problem.
I'm glad you're not there either! What a mess.
I'm laughing while my sides are hurting with real black and blues of reality.
*sigh*
I will avoid the problem of too many zuchinni and squash, by using the baby vegetable, along with the bloom, as specialty food items. The flowers are edible, and can be stuffed with a wide variety of stuffings, breaded, and baked or fried. They are really good, and very expensive, if you get them at a restaurant.

Hi john. See my post above!
Even on NPR, during a local call-in show, rabid libs are screaming about immigration (from the Socialist perspective, of course).
One issue that both the left and the right agree to put a stop to, and the so-called 'leadership' of the country ignores everybody, and takes care of the special interest groups.

Molly, I swear that cartoon made me laugh out loud! (#43)
I have (or will after tomorrow) 10 tomato plants, got to wait for SIL to get back so he can put a chicken wire fence around the garden, darn chickens get in and will peck the plants and/or seeds. PLUS, my dogs use the plot to play in and they really make a mess of things. Oh well, the girls are doing just great, averaging 12 eggs a day.
The dogwoods are starting to bloom, as are some of the hardier magnolias. Sunny today, but cool (only 54 right now).
Hi Toby,
Doc told me to tell you he is in heaven working in the yard. Breathtaking beauty, here in our great state.
Flowers in colors so brilliant you almost need sunglasses.
All the 120 year old trees are almost in full leaves now and we are thrilled with the beauty and nature.
Thanks for your kind FR mail.
Miss you and hope to see y'all SOON.
:-) It's good to laugh...
Well I never thought of that. You're right, the brain does process and file a lot of information, some brains more than others.
Anyway, thanks for posting it!
Ain't Dat Da Trut?
