We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Well, the jury in the Federal courthouse in Alexandria decided that Moussaoui is "eligible" for the death penalty. That is only step one. Step two is for prosecutors to convince the same jury he should actually be put to death. The first hope is that the prosecutors don't bungle their case as badly as they did in the first part of the penalty phase of this trial--if it wasn't for Moussaoui's stunning testimony, we wouldn't be here today.
Nevertheless, four and a half years after the worst attack on American soil since World War II, the first conspirator in the plot has been put in a position to die for his crimes.
The prosecution has outlined their case:
Beginning on April 6, the jury will:
** get testimony about the horrific destruction that day;
** see a videotape of people jumping out of the World Trade Center;
** hear 911 calls from people trapped in the towers;
** have read out by prosecutors the names of every victim;
** be provided photographs of as many victims as possible:
** receive testimony from 40 family members.
Meanwhile, the defense is planning:
** to talk about Moussaoui's troubled childhood;
** to show that Moussaoui is mentally unstable
On his part, Moussaoui is said to object to the efforts of his attorneys to introduce evidence about his mental state.
Stay tuned...
In other news...
Tom DeLay announced that he will not seek re-election to Congress and that he will leave that body.
Canada has announced they do not intend to re-introduce legislation that died in Parliament last year which would have legalized small doses of marijuana.
And there are reports that Hollywierd is beginning to sour on Hitlery, calling her, depending on whom is doing the talking, either too conservative, too polarizing, too famous, too stiff, or too sexy.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
I think the RATS will regret that he is in the private sector.
Good morning. I read a piece the other day that Sharon Stone watched a mother shopping for clothes with her teenage daughter and when the mother walked away from the daughter, Sharon Stone approached the young girl and talked to her about the benefits of oral sex.
I'm telling you, if she had done that with my daughter, I'd find a way to sue her. Who does that slutty actress think she is giving advice of any kind to a young girl she has no relationship with?
Drive by post .,...gotta eat something now
Michelle Malkin exposes that NBC is trying to manufacture a story about anti-Arab bias in America.

Oh my gosh! I'm speechless.
Drive by 'HI'.
It's an important read for freepers and I'm glad you read it, Kassie. We need to know what the MSM is up to.
The worst memoirs?: Hillary Rodham Clinton's memoirs were pretty bad. But Hitler-level bad?
Some people in England appear to think so. Recently, a British newspaper published a list of the "10 Worst Autobiographies" of all time. Clinton made the Independent's list for her "Living History," along with Paul Burrell, the butler to Princess Diana who wrote a 400-page account of his relationship with her; Lillian Hellman for her memoir "An Unfinished Woman"; and Jane Fonda for her book "My Life So Far."
James Frey was on the list, too, for the fabricated "A Million Little Pieces." And capping it all off was Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf."

Lyrics by Frank Highland
Freedom in Afghanistan, say goodbye Taliban
Free elections in Iraq, Saddam Hussein locked up
Osama's staying underground, Al Qaida now is finding out
America won't turn and run once the fighting has begun
Libya turns over nukes, Lebanese want freedom, too
Syria is forced to leave, don't you know that all this means
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Democracy is on the way, hitting like a tidal wave
All over the middle east, dictators walk with shaky knees
Don't know what they're gonna do, their worst nightmare is coming true
They fear the domino effect, they're all wondering who's next
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Ted Kennedy - wrong!
Cindy Sheehan - wrong!
France - WRONG!
Zell Miller - right!
Economy is on the rise kicking into overdrive
Angry liberals can't believe it's cause of W's policies
Unemployment's staying down, Democrats are wondering how
Revenue is going up, can you say "Tax Cuts"
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Cheney was right, Condi was right,
Rummy was right, Blair was right
You were right, We were right, "The Right" was right
and Bush was right...
Bush was right!
Bush was right!

P.S. The Left absolutely HATES this song! It's already been played on the liberal talk radio network "Air America" (on THREE different shows!), just to try to cut it down. And MSNBC's liberal loon, Keith Olbermann, played it too -- and almost choked on his coffee!
On left-wing websites across the entire Internet, liberals are literally blowing their fuses because of this song! And you wouldn't BELIEVE the HATE MAIL that's overflowing the e-mail boxes at RightMarch.com AND The Right Brothers' website. Hundreds... THOUSANDS of letters pouring in, full of the most vile and putrid verbiage you could possibly imagine.
In other words, we must be doing SOMETHING right! So let's push this even MORE, and get this song on MTV and radio station across America!
What a great song, lysie! Anything that drives the moonbats over the edge, I wholeheartedly endorse.
lysie and always, thanks for the info...Hugh Hewitt was discussing and playing this last night on his show, but I could only focus on it for a few secs, so many thanks for reminding me. Hewitt was sure excited, tho! THAT part sunk in!
I'm having a meeting here tomorrow night, so I better do a little cleaning and straightening...
I loved it! I emailed it to JemiansTerror and a special friend who introduced me to FR.
I love it!
I'm plus 6 hrs from EST
I'm watching the French student protests on CNN - goodness - what bias. There is zero mention of why the government passed the law.
Good thing I skipped Paris today. I'd still be there.
There=their.
Why do I do that? I know better. Could it be that my mind works faster than the lessons my 2nd, 3rd, 4th teachers taught me.
Trust me. I was taught well!!
I've done that too even though I know better; we're just typing too quickly.
Its not bad punk either. One of my friends sat down while I was watching the video. He like the song for the music and didnt even realize the political subtext. It was great.
When I read the lyrics to that song it immediately made my thing of the Old Billy Joel "history" song: We didn't light the Fire.
Does anyone have a link to the music? I can see that this might be especially nice to have some of our Iowa Republican Candidates use it as their "Entrance Song" for public events. (Now wouldn't that just drive the Dem's nutzo?)
Got to run to the store. Back in a bit.
