Is my gaydar that bad? I don't see why everyone thinks Ace is gay. What am I missing?

It was bad. I totally agree that the songs were too short. It should have been a 90 minute show at least.

I love "Suds in the Bucket" but pickler didn't do it justice.

I agree, I'm a pickle fan but she wasn't good tonight, I don't think anyone really was... Buckey and Elliot were the Top 2 I think.

Simon: "Good song, terrible arrangement." Hated the dancing.

Simon always hates the dancing...chuckle. As for Elliott, I've said from the beginning that he has the best pure vocals of the guys this year. He also seems to be a genuinely nice guy. Too bad nature short-changed him in the looks and charisma departments.

After reading 1/2 of this thread, I decided not to watch tonight....but then I kept reading & decided to tune in for the train wreck...if it IS that bad...I must watch.

Maybe it's a good thing the songs were "short" tonight.

This is been the most boring show of the season so far

Yeah that wasn't good. But not as bad as Stevie Wonder night.

Eliot just won the night for me... Amazing vocals!!!!

Quick rating:
1. Eliot 2. bucky 3. Kellie 4. taylor 5. mandisa 6. Chris 7. lisa 8. Paris 9. Katherine 10. Ace

This was by far the absolute worst Idol ever.

Elliott is technically the best male vocal in the show. But he does lack the "charisma" and has a history of picking bad songs.

I think tonight will do him good.

Well, I think they were so short there was nowhere to go with them.

But, it also may have been a blessing they were short. ;-)

Color me old fashioned or even 'out of it', but I've been wondering if there are ANY love songs being written in the 21st century.
