Wow....my son will be 28 on Mother's Day..and my daughter will be 31 in January.

My one year old gr-daughter spends Tues-Friday with me while her mother works...they live over 30 miles away from me..and I don't like to pay for the gas, to drive there every day...plus, if I have her here, I can do more of my own housework.

I have my other gr-daugher, 6, on Monday and Tuesday.

They are so much fun!! but, a lot of work, I don't know how I raised two kiddos just over 2 years apart!!!

I think Katherine is just awful. I never could understand why she hasn't been booted off. I did hear the stories about how her father and friends have been loading the votes. Maybe so. Who else could vote for her?

I'm no Kat fan, but she prolly was just sweating out tonight knowing she bombed her first song last night. Taylor was similarly spooked last week. We gotta give these kids a little slack sometimes for the pressure cooker they are under.

Yet, I agree with you - love to see Kat get the heave-Ho next week.

Here's something off the Drudge Report.

In his new book, Desperate Networks, New York Times TV writer Bill Carter discloses that Fox pays American Idol panelist and co-producer Simon Cowell $36 million a year and that the reason that it doesn't run Idol in the fall has little to do with its post-season baseball coverage and more to do with the fact that Cowell produces a high British reality series called the X-Factor in which he also appears. The book also reveals that in just the four months that it does air, it offers 45 hours hours of programming, while other hit shows air about 24 hours for an entire season

Sorry I'm late tonight! I had band rehearsal. I taped Idol and watched it and then watched South Park. (Best SP in a long time too!)

Anyway...I figured Paris was "gone" once the bottom 2 was established at Paris and Elliott.
Paris and Katharine were on the bottom per Dial Idol but Elliott and Kat were almost tied on Tradesports.
Since Dial Idol doesn't do text messages, I figured that Katharine gets a lot of them. She was in the "dial idol bottom 3" last week and actually had the 2nd highest number of votes.

BTW...Glenn Beck starts the TV show Monday! I can't wait!

It does seem that Kat throws DialIdol off more than anyone else. The rest of the time, they are close to spot-on.
