German court prescribes viagra for stallion
1 hour, 38 minutes ago
BERLIN (Reuters) - A German court ordered viagra to be given to a stallion after his new owner claimed he was impotent and refused to pay the full asking price.
The buyer of the horse called Vedor paid just a tenth of the price of over 4,000 euros (2,772 pounds), claiming it had only one testicle and failed to get frisky with a female pony.
A vet found the testicle after an examination, said Egbert Simons, a spokesman for the court in the eastern town of Neuruppin.
And when the stallion was given the potency drug, it emerged he was fully functional, he added.
The court ordered the buyer to pay the full price.

Saddle club ping?
Bummer. If he only has one descended testicle... He should be gelded.
Although... As a Saddle Club poster CindyDawg said on our thread... if you're buying an expensive stallion to be a breeder, be sure to check under the hood.
rofling to some of these replies. I agree with Hair. If you pay for a working stallion he'd better have the goods. OTOH how stupid for the buyer not to have a vet check. OTOH, who the heck pays such short money for a breeding stallion? 2,772 pounds on the European breeding market isn't that much. It probably cost more to go to trial that the horse was worth. Still, you pay for a stallion, you'd better get two testicles, a penis and the ability to use them. ;-> (sweet smile.) The law is an ass.
Ah - is that all he cost? When I read "paid just a tenth of the price of over 4,000 euros" the first time I read it wrong... I thought the 4000 Euros was a tenth of the price :~D
He paid a good price for a gelding.
