rofling to some of these replies. I agree with Hair. If you pay for a working stallion he'd better have the goods. OTOH how stupid for the buyer not to have a vet check. OTOH, who the heck pays such short money for a breeding stallion? 2,772 pounds on the European breeding market isn't that much. It probably cost more to go to trial that the horse was worth. Still, you pay for a stallion, you'd better get two testicles, a penis and the ability to use them. ;-> (sweet smile.) The law is an ass.

Ah - is that all he cost? When I read "paid just a tenth of the price of over 4,000 euros" the first time I read it wrong... I thought the 4000 Euros was a tenth of the price :~D

He paid a good price for a gelding.
