And now for tonights Dinklemeyer:
This is the beginning of the second actual story in the strip (the plot will be continued over the next few weeks). Deathball is a takeoff on my own horrible experiences in Middle School gym class being forced to play volleyball.

This is the first time they've appeared in a strip together. I can't believe it's taken me that long.
I actually wanted to establish a sort of Newman/Seinfeld relationship there instead of having them actually fighting.
