I don't think Edgar will be coming back, but the actor was likeable so maybe he had a "twin" brother and will return in the future. There are always flashbacks too.

On the 24 website there is a poll up that ask the question - Who will now go on an all-out rampage to avenge the death of Edgar?

You can vote either Jack, Chloe or Tony. Chloe leads with 81% of the vote.

Manuals are easy and like a bike, you never forget. I have driven 4 speeds and 5 speeds shifted normal like the cars we drive here in the U.S. and over in Okinawa, Japan I drove a 4 speed stick shift where you have to change the gears using your left hand because the steering wheel was on the right {our passenger side} which was very strange and took a little getting used to it and throw in that driving on the other side of the road wrinkle too - at least the clutch, brake and gas pedals were the same. I have also driven "3 on the tree" stick shifts where the gears were on the steering column.

I think CBS didn't have a lot of confidence in "The Unit", that's why they released it so late in the season. It was just a'ight for me, dog :)

oOH I am glad I didn't see that! I wouldn't have watched the show (the Unit). But I finished and liked it, with the exception of the last scene, which cheapened it IMHO. I found a tagline out of it. :)

I bought a box of thin mints this weekend--a lady was selling a bunch of Girl Scout cookies outside the grocery store and I remembered you mentioned thin mints. Pretty good! :)

If the show was about the unit and nothing else it might have promise. But the wives drag it down (no offense to wives in general :)
