That counts. You just need a glass of milk to go with it. ;-)
To: tuliptree76
Milk? YIKES!
I don't drink milk since I was a baby.
But tea or juice will do. ;-))
To: EsmeraldaA
Oh, I love milk. I go through at least a gallon a week. LOL!

If you need to add creamer or sugar, you aren't using the right grind of coffee. For a daily blend, I use a Folgers Dark/Gourmette roast. On the weekends I normally pick up a "specialty bean", Irish Cream being a favorite, and grind it as if for an expresso. Filtered water. NEVER clean your coffee pot. EVER. At least not the caraffe on a drip unit. Percolators should never need cleaning. Just like a wok, it WILL taste different.
The "scoop" I use is the one out of a Minute Maid Lemonade can. I think it is somewhere around 4-5 tablespoons. I use two heaping scoops. This fills a Krupps 12-cup coffee makers filter basket about half way.
If you can pour it into a clear mug and see any sunlight through it at all, you didn't use enough bean.
Pour into a 48oz insulated mug. Take to work.
